I have asked this company numerous times to cancel my subscription. Every year they renew, then tell they cannot refund my money.
Absolutely the single worst company I have ever dealt with in my life in terms of customer service and support. My instructions cannot be any clearer. I don’t use your product, I would never use your product again or recommend anyone deal with your company. I have reported you to my credit card company again, I will post about your poor business practices wherever I can to deter people from doing business with you and will ensure your ratings of 1 or 1 star of less is reflected everywhere I can post.

Your business practices suck, this is literal theft and I am pissed.

OURPACT IS RETARTED

Won't let my son have apple widgets on his home screen with the app organizer. Trying to let him have 20 minutes on games and the no limit on texting and he has to pause and play the allowance time every time he gets on his phone. SO STUPID every time he turns off his phone then turns it back on all the apps are gone and he has to play the allowance time then reorganize his entire home screen. The app organizer in OurPact is stupid doesn't allow apple widgets. DO NOT USE OURPACT IT IS THE WORST

The only reason I am giving a star is to review the product. I provided credit card details to trial the product for 14 days. Within 5 days I requested cancellation. They charged me the full yearly fee and more $ 154 plus. They refuse to refund. Do not provide your credit card details.

I have been a customer with OurPact for over 5 years and have always found it to be great. I recently came into a problem with trying to download the software on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. I emailed the customer service team and was helped by Raul, who was very patient and understanding. He passed my issue on to the right team and finally we fixed the issue! Thank you Raul.

VERY GLITCHY. AWFUL APP IN GENERAL.

I DO NOT recommend OurPactApp for your child’s phone. It worked for a couple of months, but then I started having issues. It does NOT shut the phone down when it’s supposed to & there’s times when the app indicates the phone is shut down, but it isn’t. Furthermore, the tracker is completely unreliable. I did contact the support via email, but was unable to complete the solution offered as I do not own a laptop. It shouldn’t have to be that difficult. I purchased the premium plan, but sadly, it was a waste of $100. And, of course, no refunds for inferior service.

Awful. My son lost his phone just when my yearly account renewed. I tried to install on his new android phone and it failed. I did what the CS rep suggested and it just kept saying that the phone is incompatible. I asked for a refund, having decided to go with Google's family link features. I was denied a refund despite the service not being able to do what it boasts - be compatible with any android phone. Never again with Ourpact.

Absolutely horrendous doesn’t let me set it up so complicated complete waste of money stay away from this awful company like your product should at least work before you make people pay for this. Worst company or product I have ever consumed STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

So frustrating trying to set up the devices to manage. I've done it a number of times now and each time it's a slow journey with 'installation failed' notices. Why do they make it so complicated!!!

App rarely works, tried this app recommended by a friend, tried it for months to get it to work properly but it won't. Switched to a different product since.
