Very very very bad customer service care how long a call you no answer bad service

This website seems to be a scam, they don’t answer, they don’t deliver and with no means to contact them beside whatsapp and phone number where they just open and hang up. Better to avoid them!

I bought from them something after 2 weeks they said will refund now it been 3 months from that call still I didn't get my 3600AED.

One star is not enough to describe my experience! No customer service and don’t even bother calling the 04 number as no one answers tried for 3 days straight held on for 25min each time! Poor company, management problem reflects the staff service! Sold me a bent gas cooker and now can’t get hold of them to return item.

Never ever order on this online shop Ourshopee.com very poor customer service, one month now requesting for my refund they will promise you will get it but until now no response from their end!!they are BIG SCAMMER!

First, 24/7 Customer service is really bad, second - I choose the installment option but I got a deduction of the full amount to my account even I choose the installment option. So I tried to contact them to help me with the issue but they just ignore my message on WhatsApp, a phone call is unreachable. When I'm asking them to cancel the order since they can't help me with the installment option they will deduct 5% for the refund plus I paid 20 for processing and shipping fees. When I'm ordering from other online shopping they will not deduct that much amount and not even asking me for any deduction.

I've never had such excellent customer service from any business before. It was amazing to pay attention to the customer and promise that things were right and do whatever they could to help out.

SCAMMERS BEWARE! i read all the reviews and still decided to try it for myself, i opted for cash on delivery option as i did not trust them completely! And In fact as many reviews said is true. They will accept your order and contact you about delivery, and then for no reason and no update, they will cancel your order with no clarification! Beware. Thankfully i chose cash on delivery so i havent given them access to the payment for them to scam me.

Really Bad experince with Customer Service, Order placement and tracking is even worse. My order never reached me and i am till date following up on my refund. They dont answer your call, and when they do, they have no idea where your order is. Let my experience be an example to what you will face.

Complained to DED (UAE) as I been cheated: they shortened from 11 items to 5 with same total amount by placing higher price in the invoice! Instead of 7 aed - 17 aed etc. And invoice was also fraud - (even they were increasing the cost they) total amount was differ... Customer service - ignorance, email - ignorance, call center - ignorance... once I submit complain in DED - they finally agreed to refund money including COD and VAT... And items were defective: luggage - stitches were broken so you can put your fingers inside ...
Completely unsuccessful. They did not want to refund full (they want to keep COD and VAT) and THEY NEVER SAID SORRY..............
Thankful for DED as I feel highly protected in UAE by government!

Tried to register with this site. the verification mail cluld not be received on yahoo so I tried to register with Gmail and the same problem. It seems that this site is blocked by yahoo and Gmail.

It’s a fraudulent website, DON’T even think of buying anything from them! I ordered a mouse on October 11th, after weeks of wait time and several emails /messages (on FB), I was informed that the product is out of stock and that my amount will be refunded. Till date I am waiting for refund and they’ve stopped responding to my emails/ messages

We live in Oman so we ordered from our shopee Oman and we were a bit skeptical as the prices were incredible. lucky for us we are given the option to pay for the product when we get it rather then paying online. When the package came we asked to see it just the outside not even the inside of the box and they were not at all happy with that. We were standing with the ‘courier’ (who was not a courier by the way as his company confirmed to my husband that he worked with them) for ages eventually he tore open the our shopee packaging and gave us the phone box. Apparently it’s policy to not let us see the inside contents of our package but we managed to see it. (Which is dodgy in itself) Anyway so we went online and checked out the IMEI number for the phone which was legit but the serial number didn’t match the one on the phone box. we then saw a scan code with the website htceshop.com which we scanned the code and it took us to a Chinese website all in Chinese. Basically these people are thieves and I really do not recommend anyone to buy from them. Even if the prices are tempting. I hope this helps people out. Good luck
