Awesome Service in tough times
I have purchased from Outdoor Warehouse a few times and have always received my order as described and on time. I have a current order with them that has an item that is on back order with supplier giving different timeframes. I totally understand the situation as I work in retail as well, but what I do appreciate is the level of service provided by Justin. I have never had to follow him up, he has given me calls and kept me up to date throughout. Highly recommend, awesome customer service & great products. Thank you

Shoty Service
Rusty items and the wrong size sent. Ordered 5 mm and got 3 mm. The rust was evident and wiped off onto the fingers. Probably traces of carcinogenic oils or greases left on ball bearings from recycling. Find a better quality of supplier with a better quality product.

Resposta da Outdoors Warehouse
Hello Michael,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have since rectified the website to display the correct sizing of the product.
This product(pellets) are at a discounted price due to as advertised (pellets are heavily discounted as some packs may contain a few rusty pellets and alternate sizes) but apologize if they were of poorer quality than our usual standard, we have almost exhausted our stock which may explain the quality of the pellets you have received.
I will be in contact in regards to this matter to see if we can redeem some confidence in our product and company to promote a further relationship with Outdoors Warehouse and yourself.
Kind Regards
Justin Lee

A nifty little whittling knife at a great price dispatched within hours of online purchase. I know this thanks to the handy aust-post tracking link supplied with the shipping email. Arrived the day predicted (of course) and at least part of the packing was compostable which is brilliant. Only Aussie dealer of Fury knives I could find.

Highly recommended
I love the colours, the comfort and everything about it! Great comfort to the feet and helps with supporting the foot arch. This is so much better than slippers that are flat. I now wear it all the time, at home and even when I go out!
Great service from Outdoor warehouse! Thanks for responding to my enquiry so quickly and assisting with an exchange for a larger size! Appreciate it!
I’m a repeat buyer! I’ve now got one pair for my husband and each of my daughters. This won’t be our last! :)

The best service at the best price
I recently ordered a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12x40 from Outdoors Warehouse at a reduced sale price
I was quickly informed that the product I ordered was out of stock and offered a choice to wait two weeks for it to be ordered from the supplier, or I could have the next model up (4-12x50) at no additional charge. I opted for the upgrade, it arrived 3 days later in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier, I’ll definitely be going to Outdoors Warehouse first for all my rifle optics and accessories in the future
