I spoke with one the customer service team, his name was Mohamed, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he needed to speak to one of his managers regarding a query that we had, at the time of the call all the managers were busy, he promised us that when he had spoken to his manager he would ring us back before the end of the day with an update, true to his word he rang us back with an answer to our query, he went above and beyond to help, and believe me from past experience a lot of customer services say they will ring you back but never do.

Saleh was very polite and friendly and dealt with my query quickly .

Monalisa was very helpful and has reported the problem with my IHD to the Smart Meter team - hopefully they will fix the problem for me quickly

Problems with newly opened account. Upon contacting this company, I am simply receiving the same bog standard email replies repeatedly. Not bothering to reply to their emails, will simply cancel contract when due to expire.
