Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Bought a bike for my granddaughters birthday but I forgot to put the property name on the address so it got returned to them. They emailed me wondering why and I asked them to send it back to me if possible. They sent it the very same afternoon and the scooter arrived the following day! And they didn't charge anything extra for posting it twice! Amazing - thank you so much E Bikes!
Confusing
Fully Assembled Delivery
We deliver all our bikes fully assembled, with just the need to fit pedals and straighten the handlebars out the box. so you can start riding immediately without the hassle of fully assembling your brand new bike.
No they didn’t, came unassembled untouched and unopened from the manufacturer.
Delivery by DPD in there usual late time schedule, dumped in my open garage with no attempt to ring the video doorbell.
Note the word OUTLET, that’s all they are.

The first paragraph above is copied from your web page, please note it’s says ALL OUR BIKES, I bought the bike from you.
Lie is probably a bit strong following your answer. Perhaps misleading would be more accurate, as having more than one webpage is not something the general public may be aware of. A lot of elderly and young parents do not have the knowledge or tools to safely fully assemble a cycle for a young child. Perhaps you could make this clear.

Great electric bike, best thing I have bought for years! It has transformed my activities and I feel fitter as a result, and I am 78 years old!
Very easy company to deal with. Bike arrived within 2 days of order, well packed. I had to straighten out the handlebars and bolt the pedals on, not exactly difficult.

Order my gife for my granddaughter on the 12 December. And still haven’t received it. What is unacceptable . That the advisor lied about delivery. They fob you off. Dont help. For 3days they said it coming today that was Monday know delivery. Tuesday I called the lady said it getting delivered today. Wednesday. Knows delivery. Thursday came knock delivery. Let’s see if it comes Friday. The 19 th . I really hope I get my granddaughter Christmas present

Can't fault them! Fantastic choice at great prices, patient and knowledgeable staff! I had an E bike on a C2W scheme and they reserved it with no questions asked until voucher came through. Once they had voucher, the bike was built and delivered within 2 days!! Big thanks to Garf, who was in email contact throughout and was amazing! Courier was polite and careful with delivery too. Will use again without hesitation!

I bought a Ampere x-Trail in Feb 2025
I bought a Ampere x-Trail in Feb 2025. Since then it has had 2 computer controls fitted Both malfunctioned on me i.e. they both became unreadable in daylight conditions but were nice and bright when in low light, night or when in garage. It is proving very difficult to get them to remedy the problem and they are being very reluctant to take the bike back and issue a refund.
Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Ordered a bmx to be told they couldn't find it on there system. Finally found it and made up an excuse as to why they couldn't. Then said it would be sent out that day. Been over 2 weeks even tho we paid for 1-2 day delivery and still no bike and no longer answering emails. Had to now go to the bank to get the payment reversed

DO NOT USE...
Purchased an imperfect bike Monday and paid for next day delivery. No tracking details by Wednesday so chased them only to be told they couldn't locate the bike so would be send a brand new one the next day. Guess what!!!! No bike. Called each day to be given different excuses and today's was that it's the couriers fault. Needed the bike for our holiday tomorrow.

I purchased an e-bike from e-bikes direct - after a few emails settled on a Cube Reaction Pro, the bike was delivered in three days which was brilliant
The handlebar grips had been damaged by the courier- customer support quickly organised replacements (better the the originals) without any fuss or issues
Absolutely love the bike and super impressed with the customer support- I can’t fault the price/service or the after sales support, I would confidently recommend e-bikes direct to any of my friends and colleagues- five star service and support
Awful AVOID
If I could do minus stars I would; I ordered a new todler balance bike with damaged box but recieve very well used bike that hadn't even been cleaned so was muddy. I phoned to try to work out a solution and a very friendly sounding guy appoligised for the mistake saying it must have been picked from the wrong pile and he would email me a free return label and send a new bike to me that would be with me in around 48hrs. Several days passed with no free return label or new bike so I phoned back and got someone very unfriendly who denied the whole conversation I had just days ago and said I had ordered a used bike which I certainly did not and I paid a good price close to other retailers new price a lot more than what used bike worth. I got an email to say much of the same and quickly realised this company were not going to rectify their mistake as I first was lead to believe so contacted PayPal who I paid with all because I thought it gave me the most protection. After weeks of to and fro with the company me waiting on a free return label as it wasn't my mistake they admitted it was theirs so I shouldn't be out of pocket and PayPal being useless in helping when company continually ignoring my messages. It said I had to 22nd April before decision and case closed but somehow which I still don't understand PayPal closed the case in companies favour on 19th without letting me know or what the company said on their side. I only found out when I logged in on 21st to see if any updates being aware 22nd was the next day. I dont know what to do now I have a used dirty bike worth less that £10 that I paid £40 for it's a toddler ballance bike that is around £45/47 elsewhere new. Definitely avoid this company and don't trust PayPal to help when things go wrong.

Brilliant customer service I have order a bike for my son as a Eid present and they sent me an email that they couldn’t find in warehouse so,they have told me that choose another one from there website then I chose that one was little bit more money then the other one then they didn’t charge me the difference and delivered the bike next day I am very impressed with this company love to order again

People you have be warned if you have an issues with the bike they will not refund you and rather fight for every penny they refused to refund me took the case to paypal bunch of delboys
Repair Costs not covered
Bought an ADO e-bike from e-bikes direct and after 200km the bottom bracket failed and the bike was unripe-able. Although e-bikes direct responded and helped get a replacement from ADO, they wouldn't help at all with the significant costs of having the replacement part installed, neither would ADO. Id be careful, many issues with a bike like this will require the help of a bike shop and ADO and e-bikes direct may help you get the parts (after 2 weeks or so), but the costs of repair all all yours. Not good.

I have to confess that I've always been dubious about buying a bike online, but my experience with e-bikes direct was wholly positive. I was using the bike-to-work scheme, and they handled that part extremely efficiently. There was a small delay in dispatch (not their fault), but they kept me very well updated throughout: communication by phone or email was always easy. When the bike arrived, it had been very carefully put together (all I had to do was put in the front wheel, pedals and front mudguard). Hopefully I won't need another ebike for a while, but when I do I'd happily use this company again.
