To clarify on this matter, we have stated very clearly in the shipping information on the website that if you are out of the metro area, please contact us before placing the order, as only the standard shipping will apply if you purchase online directly, and the standard shipping only covers the metro area.
This is also being flagged when checking out. We didn't get any call or email before you made the purchase online yourself. If we did, we would definitely flag the shipping cost and provide you with the actual shipping cost before you spend any money with us.
As you are in a rural area of QLD, the actual shipping is $1200 more than what you have paid, so we called you as soon as the next day to let you know about it. We also offered to send you the quote from the courier company, showing that we are actually happy to compensate some of the shipping cost to make things easier. Since you are not happy with the additional shipping cost and request the order be cancelled. We cancelled your order upon your request and refunded you fully right after, so you can still purchase from other suppliers who can offer what you like.
We don't see any issues with dealing with this matter. Unfortunately, we are not able to satisfy every customer, but a bad review is absolutely unfair.
