As discussed, we have arranged for the buggy to be collected and have also agreed to process a refund following escalation of the case. While we appreciate your acknowledgment that the matter has now been fully resolved, we completely understand the loss of confidence this incident has caused.

All products returned to us following safety-related concerns are thoroughly assessed by our engineers so that we can fully investigate the circumstances involved.

After investigating the issue with both our logistics team and Royal Mail, we appreciate how disappointing this situation has been, especially given the lack of tracking movement and the delays in communication you experienced from us.

As a resolution, we have now issued a full refund for the order while we continue to investigate further with Royal Mail regarding the shipment itself.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We truly appreciate your previous support of our brand and are very sorry that this experience has impacted your confidence in us.
