Super easy to set up and use - workflows are pretty flexible and really intuitive UI that makes working out of the tool a joy.
Reporting and a few other features could be really granular, but no big misses.

Have been using it for more than a year and had no issues. The UI is amazing and easy to use. It is less complicated than other tools in the category. The support team is amazing :)
When I first saw Outplay, I was very skeptical and unsure if their solution could meet my requirements. I decided to fund a license out of my pocket to pilot the solution before going to my management team to ask for more licensing. Not only was I impressed, but I also got excited. I have used SalesLoft and Outreach, and while they are reasonable solutions, they lack the support and customer care to warrant their hefty prices. I opted to scale my use and fund licenses for my entire SDR team. The support with my minimal issues has been great (less than 24 resolution time), AND their feature request tracking is excellent! In fact, since leveraging this great solution, they have implemented two new features in which I had input! Outplay gets it -- Listen to and understand your buyer. I am a happy CMO and glad I went with Outplay!

This is the 3rd Sales Engagement platform that I have used in my career, and gotta say "OUTPLAY is the best so far"!

Great product that lets us run our cadences seamlessly. Outplay love to rollout a lot of new features weekly and even address minor concerns or requests that their users ask for. Really really really impressed with their CS team and their speedy response. All in all a great, easy-to-use sales tool that is highly recommended.

With the power dialer integration, they make cold outreach easy to do both by phone and by email, as well as including a button to reach out via LinkedIn & Twitter, too.
The team is also highly responsive, normally replying within just 3 to 5 minutes if help is needed. They've been a great addition to my business, and I'm glad to have chosen them over more expensive alternatives.

It's a great product at the right price. I don't need anything fancy but I need an automation tool which is reliable; Outplay is exactly that.
