Outstanding customer service!
Ordered dumbbells with next day delivery. There was a problem with the delivery, spoke to Sydney and after her contacting Parcelforce they arrived the following day.
Very impressed with the dumbbells, very good price and excellent service from Sydney!

Will definitely be adding more gym equipment off them in the near future.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. PO misdelivered my order to a completely different address. Outrivals responded to query on a Sunday and I had a replacement by Tuesday. All managed in a friendly helpful way - would definitely use again. Can't recommend highly enough.
