As everyone else has said they sign you up for a subscription without you knowing. They conveniently don’t accept return or refunds however it states in their return police you have 30 days to return for a refund.
They rarely reply to emails as well
Total scam!!!!
I have now raised a dispute with my bank & I would encourage everyone else to do the same. Don’t let them get away with this!

SCAM SCAm company,be careful

You are unknowlingly signing up for a subscription. They help themselves to your bank and just keep sending unwanted product. Fighting for a return and refund. It is not happening. I had to contact my bank and tell them to stop Ovela helping themsleves and raise a dispute through the bank.

Company is a scam as others have stated. If you purchase anything they automatically sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge, which will be taken from your account monthly.

Signed me up for a subscription I did not want and won’t take back a return for a refund ,I tried to put there email but trustpilot won’t allow it sorry

Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam. I bought 3 bottles of hair oil and all 3 are faulty and don’t dispense any product. I reported this straight away and the company are refusing to give me a refund despite sending a video of the product not working. The best they could offer was a 30% refund which is not in line with UK consumer law.

Please be aware that upon purchasing it automatically signs you up to a subscription too.

The company are clearly faking reviews as they date back to before the website was even set up and you can only view a handful on the website. Wish I’d have noticed this before purchased. Please be vigilant.

Placed a one off order not a subscription. Order was received.
A month later an unapproved direct debit was made from my account and product delivered that was not ordered.
Requested refund of money, they offered a 30% discount on a subscription I did not subscribe to. DO NOT use this business.

I paid for an order of pumpkin seed oil. The next month another 3 arrived and the price debuted from my account. There was no mention of a subscription and the email on the site does not work to contact the company.

I placed a single online order for one bottle of hair serum. Several weeks later, the company sent me three additional bottles of the same product without my permission or any new order being placed.

When I contacted them to request a return and refund, they refused, stating that they only accept returns for damaged goods. The products are unopened and in their original packaging. I did not authorise or agree to these additional charges, and the company is refusing to provide a refund or return instructions.

Ordered some hair serum (3 bottle deal) but while waiting for it to arrive decided a different product would suit better. Asked to return the unopened items but they refused despite website saying 14 day cooling off period for any reason & 30 day returns. Then charged me & sent another three bottles even though I’m sure I didn’t sign up for a subscription- they now won’t even reply to emails. Can’t comment on the actual product as I haven’t used, but company poor.
