I would not recommend Oven Envy based on my experience.

The service itself was disappointing, but what was even more concerning was the way my complaint was handled afterwards. In particular, my experience with the manager, Mark Lowe, was absolutely appalling.

I expected a professional and respectful response when raising a genuine concern, but instead I found his manner extremely aggressive and confrontational. I was made to feel as though raising an issue was an inconvenience rather than being treated like a paying customer whose concerns deserved to be listened to.

Mistakes can happen with any business, it is how those mistakes are dealt with that really matters. Unfortunately, the customer service I received left me extremely disappointed.

I have never experienced such an unnecessarily aggressive response from a manager when simply trying to raise a legitimate concern. Based on my experience, I would think twice before using Oven Envy.

I’m disappointed with the service I received from Oven Envy on 24th September 2026.

My kitchen had been professionally decorated just ten days earlier and had been unoccupied while we were away. After the technician’s visit, I found marks/residue on the freshly decorated wall underneath the boiler, along with dirty handprints and other mess left in the kitchen.

I reported the issue immediately and spoke with a manager, who offered a £33 refund. I accepted this in relation to the issue reported at the time, but I did not agree that it was full and final settlement of the complaint.

I tried cleaning the affected area and later painting over it, but neither resolved the problem. I now need to pay approximately £100 for a professional decorator to rectify the damage.

What has disappointed me most is the way the complaint has subsequently been handled. Despite reporting the issue immediately and explaining that the kitchen had only been decorated ten days beforehand, Oven Envy has disputed responsibility and refused my request for a full refund of the £120 service.

I expected the service to be carried out with reasonable care and skill and the kitchen to be left in an appropriate condition. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Based on my experience, I would not use Oven Envy again. If you do use them, I would recommend carefully checking the oven and all surrounding areas before the technician leaves.

I had my carpet cleaned by oven envy by Gareth and he made an excellent job. He was punctual and very professional. My carpet looks amazing. I would thoroughly recommend. Already booked in for next year and pay monthly which is so good. Thank you Oven Envy.

We had a single oven and a large BBQ cleaned today by Dan Norris who did a superb job plus, he was very polite and treated our home with respect. We would definitely recommend this company every time!

We had our single oven cleaned by Owen earlier today and he has done himself proud! It looks just like new. We had let it get too bad and it was smoking. He really had his work cut out. Very pleased with the result.

Great oven and extractor clean today with free washing machine clean by Gareth. Highly recommended.
