I purchased a sheepskin coat and a pair of boots. I present for myself. The items arrived quickly. I was required to sign for the packages. Since I wasn't sure if I was going to be home, I called the 1-800 number which was provided. They allay my concerns about the process. I had no problems receiving my packages. A-1 top quality service. BTW the coat and boots kept me super warm!!

it was the small details that prompted me to write this review. The packaging was what really set the tone for the whole unboxing experience. I just got my Anthony Shearling Parka in the most thought out packaging i have ever seen in from a apparel company. Overland puts a small piece of cardboard between the flaps of the box to prevent you from accidentally cutting the jacket when you open the box. That is flat out genius and thoughtful. They also supplied a breathable garment bag along with a exquisite wooden hanger for your new jacket which just sent me over the moon. I didnt even care about the jacket anymore cause i had to show my wife how special this was to me. I eventually got to the jacket and it was flawless. Will definatly be getting my wife and my parents jackets from overland. If I could give this company 100 stars i would.
