Customer Service Extraordinaire!
I want to say this: My contact with Life Equity was Darren. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He was patient (I am on a strong chemo medication that makes me difficult to work with), kind, and forgiving when I didn't do all he was trying to help me get through. I know this, if I EVER needed help in a difficult situation, I would want Darren on my side. I wish I had the words to tell your Company what a wonderful person you have working for you. He has made you proud! In a time when folks don't seem to care about anything but a paycheck, Darren surpassed my expectations!!
