Rubbish sizing information
This company’s information on sizing is ordinary. So this means you purchase something that doesn’t fit its to bad you don’t get a replacement or refund. So money down the drain. Suggest you look elsewhere for a company with better backup
I asked the company for vest sizing information prior to purchasing was informed
I should choose same size as jerseys. Nothing was said about how much larger the vest would be. Eg like 2 sizes larger

Dear Sam,
We are sorry if you are not satisfied with our products. As we mentioned before, our wind vests are cut slightly wider and sit a bit looser compared to our jerseys. The reason for this is that the wind vests are designed to fit over jerseys. Generally, our customers are satisfied with this fit. After washing the new vest a few times, it will shrink slightly and should then fit better.
We also ask for your understanding that, as is generally the case, we cannot accept returns for custom-ordered items. We hope that you will still enjoy wearing the vest.

It was a great experience purchasing running shirts for a corporate event through Owayo. Using the system to design the shirts and incorporate our logo and other elements was easy and intuitive. The pricing was competitive and the communication on timelines was clear and thorough. The shirts arrived on time and the quality of the finished product was excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and a gorgeous jersey
Fantastic service and a single custom jersey delivered ahead of schedule to Australia. Communications were excellent- rapid response time and very helpful. The jersey is very well made and much admired. Thoroughly recommend.

Great support and product
Edwin was extremely helpful when I had troubles uploading own artwork, the communication was fast and clear. Our product was delivered to Australia ahead of time, and looks fantastic.

Highly recommended!
Owayo were excellent to be honest. There were many great things which I can list below:
1. Communication: Always reaching to me with updates on how they were progressing with my design and order.
2. Service: top notch. They assessed my design and made adjustments for both colouring and position of a custom logo. Very professional and know they stuff.
3. Accuracy: The field hockey smock that we ordered came to us exactly as the design submitted.
3. Timing: Once the payment was made, the timing of when they began production until dispatch was exact, and even the day it arrived was accurate. And trust me, it is very good considering I live on the other side of the world in Perth, Australia!
Awesome job guys and keep up the great work!
