Amazing dress and amazing material!!

Company started out ok. I asked for the entire dress to be lined. Dress was sent and in 8 hours I responded via what’s app (where they were responsive when I was ordering). They responded with generic “we want our clients happy “. But did nothing. There was no red tag indicating it wasn’t worn. It smelt horrible. The dress is not what I asked. Policy says I have 24 hours to let them know. They avoided emails, what’s app and IG messages. They don’t honor their return and I would highly suggest to avoid this company. I wanted my money back and return the item and they won’t respond.

Now I am out $900 for an event that I can’t make because they failed to follow through.

They are awesome!! They got my dress made and shipped out to me in little to no time considering I only had 2 weeks. I will be recommending this shop to everyone after my prom.
