Question bank is a helpful resource

Jason was full of useful advice, during our call and on subsequent contact, and answered every question I had thoroughly. Jason clearly knows his stuff, and if you're looking to get into top universities, I'd highly recommend working with Jason and his team!

The question bank with worked solutions is super helpful for my revision.

Overall, the question bank itself was extremely vast and comprehensive in terms of preparing for the ESAT, and the difficulty of the questions were also highly appropriate, ranging from relatively easy ones to a focus on a few questions that were meant to be particularly hard. The timer function was also extremely helpful as a gauge on how well, time wise I was performing, and should definitely remain. The categorization of the various questions by topic also helps in better identifying weak points and providing a guide on which areas I should focus my efforts to improve on. That said, I think that the choosing of answers should come with a confirm option as several times I have misclicked on an option in the middle of solving it. I also think that there could be a full solution given rather than just identifying the relevant topics, as it could make it much easier to learn from my mistakes.

The ESAT portal is really useful, particularly the tool to log and keep track of past papers. The targeted topic questions are also excellent for getting better in specific areas which i found difficult with other revision tools.
The new past paper digital interface is pretty good but i have found that for some questions, it only displays a couple possible multiple choice answer buttons only A and B are displayed for NSAA 2021 Q1 when it should display A-H, but this would be an easy fix. Also i think an option to flag and come back to those questions like the real Pearson interface could be helpful.
Overall i am enjoying my experience using the Portal.

super useful question bank and shows where you lie on the esat grade scale

The question bank and the live walk throughs were so helpful!

I have used their ESAT admission practice questions in their platform, and the questions were pretty unique and quite challenging which I found a pretty good source for the admission test preparation, definitely recommend their admission test question banks.

I had a 1 to 1 meeting with Jason about my application and he sat with me past our time schedule, generously giving me tips and advice on my personal statement. He was unfamiliar with the course I'm applying for but he answered every question I had and guided me through the application process very carefully. Would definitely recommend Jason—if I could add an extra star I would.

Absolutely horrible customer service...

The only good thing was that when I had a 1 to 1 meeting with Jason, he actually gave me some good tips for my interviews for Imperial, giving me advices regarding the common questions that they ask.

However, everything began after that. I wanted to purchase the question bank for ESAT, initially it should have been offered last Tuesday (28th July 2026), firstly they said that they had some issues ongoing, and kept insisting that they are updating some stuff.

Today, almost a week has passed (3rd of August 2026), and still there is no sign of completion yet. Moreover, they replied to me, saying that this year the questions banks will probably not going to be released due to time constraints and workload. How does even make sense, if you are offering something to the customers, you must test and try it before you sell to see if it works or not, does not matter whether it is a product or service !!!

As a result, I've waited for 1 week, not being able to buy the question bank. Wasting my own time, waiting for them to solve their "issues"....

I had multiple 1-to-1 lessons with Jason and one with a PhD mentor. They are very enthusiastic and attentive, providing good feedback post interview and giving suggestions on further reading. They also have a large array of resources to help you prepare for all kinds of questions.

I’ve had 1-1 tutoring with Jason to prepare for Cambridge and Imperial engineering interviews, and I received offers from both. He was very attentive and tailored the lessons to what I needed help with most.

Jason helped me become much more confident with explaining my thinking out loud and approaching unfamiliar problems. He prepared me to a level higher than the actual interviews and that made them much less intimidating and stressful. I highly recommend Jason to anyone aiming for the top universities!

Jason was very invested in ensuring I got the best help available. This included analysing the personal statement to find its most interesting parts, figuring out what a good entrance exam score was and how to persevere in the presence of new, unknown content.

I was very happy with their service in that I was able to have a free (short) trial session to help me decide whether I wanted to pay for further support. The trial was not easy and certainly helped me to practice answering questions about an unfamiliar topic on the spot. One question was somewhat relevant to what I was asked in my interviews (Oxford physics. I had 2 interviews at Worcester and 1 at St Hugh's. Successful) and I think it did help me.
From my personal experience the questions Jason asked me were probably more intellectually challenging and unfamiliar than what I was actually asked, but I believe it was a useful experience. If you are willing to spend money on additional sessions I can imagine they would be very helpful in further developing your understanding of physics. I did not pay for additional time with Jason (hence I cannot comment on what that would entail and have only given a 4* review), but it seems a worthwhile opportunity if you wish to make the investment.
