Quality made embroidered vest!
The item purchased was great and exactly as offered. Nice embroidered vest. My only frustration was I ordered it the end of December and it took a month to receive without any communication as to when I might get it. I was hoping to get it before a January 26 burthday, but it arrived later. It is a nice item though.

Delivery took WAY too long
Delivery took WAY too long. I missed my pack because I was only in the UK for a week. The time you take to send purchased items is ridiculously long

Not a great fit
I like the embroidery and the color. The fabric is soft.
It took longer than I expected for the vest to be mailed out. The size large fits too snug in the back for my liking, however, there are gaps in the arm holes. Just an awkward fit overall.

By Jove, my gilet is amazing. I can’t believe how generous my descendants were in purchasing it for me. I wear it all the time. I am sure it makes me (even) more attractive to the opposite sex.

The quality of the sweatshirt is fine
The quality of the sweatshirt is fine, but the color is not what was advertised. I thought I ordered burgundy or maroon. The color received looked more pink than maroon. Thankfully, my granddaughter was okay with the color and she didn’t want to return it. But, it will make me think twice about ordering from you in the future.

Great over all, just use less stickers
I would just not put so many stickers on the inside of the sweaters. I put it on and it was super itchy and poky from all the tags and stickers on the inside of the sweater that I didn’t realize it had. Other than that, VERY fast shipping to the US from the UK and great quality. Thank you!
