I visited the city of Oxford in 2006 and loved it. As I am a collector of tee shirts and hoodies I wanted to add to my collection and chose Oxford. The hoodies arrived quickly in the colours I ordered. They are a little big but better too big than too small. They are to be Christmas presents so we haven;t worn them yet. Thank you for your prompt aervice and the lovely hoodies.

I am in the US and wanted to send a gift certificate to my granddaughter in England. It was an easy experience and she was delighted with the items she was able to purchase at the store.

Quick Shipping and Good Quality, We were in Oxford and purchased a Sweatshirt for our Granddaughter from one of the shops and it was way too small, I was able to get her the right size and it arrived in a week.

It would have been helpful to know that Oxford University uses another company to (clear customs) before shipping overseas. I became frustrated when that company requested if dangerous materials were used in the sweatshirt and writing pens I ordered. I replied to the best of my knowledge with a “no”response. The company responded that I send that information in a different format. I tried and it didn’t work to their satisfaction. With my granddaughter’s birthday nearing, (and this was her gift from me) I requested my order be cancelled through Oxford University. In addition to being frustrated, I was also disappointed that the ease of ordering online was too complicated, at least for me. I have not received a response from Oxford and at this point not sure my credit card will be reimbursed any amount for my order. What I thought would be an easy order, has turned into a sad disappointment. Maybe I will hear something with this review.

Despite ordering your largest size, the item was still too small for me. I gave it to my son and he is happy with it.

Considering it had to be shipped to the middle of the U.S., it got here really fast and it looks great. I think my daughter will love it.
