Service was quick and efficient. I asked for skip to be collected a day earlier than I had planned.they were very good at accommodating me.really appreciated that.price was a little high though.

No issue with delivery
No issue with delivery.
Collection was picked for Tuesday. It is now Saturday and I was hung up on twice and transferred to a voicemail another time and the skip is still here and has been filled by other people to the point it is over filled.

Booked skip online - all good
I booked the skip online, it was convenient, The skip was delivered & picked up on time I called to delay the pick up by one day, it was no problem.

Good service
Friendly telesales, decent price and skip arrived when it was supposed to. Plus they rang on the day before it was collected to see if it was ready to go.

Skip was delivered on time, however it was due to be collected on Tuesday, its now Friday and it still hasnt been collected.

Found it very easy to order skip…
Found it very easy to order skip online, only negative is that it was supposed to be collected next day but was left for a week. I ordered it to be collected on 1th May, it was collected today 6th May.

Paid for skip delivery on Friday and it…
Paid for skip delivery on Friday and it never arrived. Rang the office and they admitted they made a mistake and didn’t even put the order through, yet told us it would still arrive after 2:30—nothing showed up. Now the office is closed for the bank holiday so there’s no way to sort it. Absolutely useless service.

Need to ask where customer would like the skip placed
I left a sign in the driveway saying please leave skip here as I wasn't home at the time. I thought they might have at least rang to ask me where I wanted it but they didn't bother. There's nowhere on the online booking to say where you want it placed. Instead they dropped it in the most inconvenient spot they possibly could. The furthest away from the sign I had placed which they would have driven by.

The hin was delivered very late
The bin was delivered very late. As I was out the could not be placed within my property. Also I ordered bin from Friday to Monday, however bin was not collected until Friday. This resulted in bin being tampered with.

If your bin has been tampered with in any way that may affect your bin weight readings or the lid has been broken, please let us know and we can get you a replacement.
