Absolutely delighted with our new heat pump at our rental property. The customer service we received was excellent. The job was completed on time even though the team were short staffed on the day. The property was left immaculate after the install too. Thank you for a fabulous job done. 😀

STAY AWAY!!!!!
We got a heat pump system in May and within 3 weeks it failed. Technician came a week later and even though we gave them the fault code over the phone he still checked the fault, confirmed then left. Two days later came back did something and said it will be 24 hours wait. Didnt come back. Its now been 3 weeks since the heat pumps ahve stopped working and the technicians were supposed to come today. Didn't come. Do not listen to the 5 star reviews we were warned by Electricians not to go with this company but the sales rep convinced us that the company had changed.

Had a heat pump installed in bedroom in 2020. It always flashed a light off and on. Initially got the staff to come back as there was a problem. Light continued and left messages for them to come when in the area to resolve. Never heard back. Phoned left messages off and on. As didn’t use often and we both are elderly and had serious health problems never followed up other than an annual call. Had it cleaned locally 2 years ago. Never felt happy with the heat or cool when used. These last months tried to get them to come out again. So paid for a local firm to look at. Sounds like it was likely an installation problem and it’s likely loosing gas as she said not performing well. Finally was offered a free service to our online complaint, but after again trying to get staff to return calls it happened but will charge us, even though a staff member will be driving through our town tomorrow. Totally dissatisfied and recommend staying local when purchasing such items.
A great outcome, the CEO looked at my complaint and arranged his technician to call. It was a leak of the gas from a small tube like fitting. So very pleased.

Just had our new Panasonic air conditioner installed by Efraaz. 5 Star installation and 5 Star service from Chris and the team

We bought a ducted air system a year ago and have had nothing but problems, the ceiling now has multiple holes where attempts have been made to limit how noisy the system is, we are promised that someone will come out to look and then radio silence from the service team. To top it all our power bill has soared and this morning the system was switched on to heat at 6.30am, and by 8.45am it had switched itself off 3 times and the rooms were only 15C. Don't buy, it was cheaper to heat the home with plug in heaters last winter.

Good and fair pricing pre sales , However, significant improvements need to be made in the area of the HANDLING of post sales customer enquiry, particularly with the overflow call centre. Unfortunately, your team is being let down by some who present with a poor attitude towards handling of issues, displaying a distinct lack of understanding of whats important to the customer. Calls are not returned as promised and internal communication appears to be somewhat lacking. Sadly, this does not give any customer confidence that they have your utmost support post sales and that enquiries will be handled approriately.

Quality and a genuine Customer Support is a pre requisite FOR ANY BUSINESS TO THE SUCCEED!

Your COE is passionate about delivering a service second to none . Dont let him down !

Was not impressed on both occasions. I was given false information to try trick me into purchasing a larger unit than required on my 2nd enquiry.
During my first involvement they tried to charge me for call out electrical items which should ve been part of the deal they were offering.
Had very delayed responses also.
Overall no good just scheming behaviour

Installation of heat pump not a problem. Pump started to make a noise a few weeks ago. Requested a service. Rang them three times was told somebody will ring me back to make a. time never got a reply.

From the initial catch up for when Chris (oxyair) sales rep came to our house to actually completing the job it has been an amazing experience.

Chris knew that we wanted cost effective option plus something that would look nice as our house is a two storey place.
He gave us the best solution and we went with multi unit

Love the way the installers installed it and they did an amazing job to hide all the wires and look stunnings. Definitely recommend them

Oxygen Air installed our heat pump in 2022. Less than 5 years later both the indoor unit and outdoor unit are in extremely poor condition. The indoor unit is leaking and has turned black due to corrosion. There is also rust visible. Similarly, the copper pipes in the outdoor unit have turned black due to corrosion. As a result, the units no longer achieve heating or cooling. It seems that the sulphur protection that I paid for was not applied and the units therefore need to be replaced at significant cost. In addition, I paid $250 for a clean which was not adequate. A third party contractor opened the unit to find two cockroaches visible on the top of the unit and plant roots at the back showing evidence that the unit was not opened up and not cleaned properly. In addition to this, the company has completely ignored my complaints. Notice how the management has turned off their Google reviews? Avoid this company at all costs.

Bailey was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing, was super respectful to our home, and is a lovely guy. We've tried many air conditioning companies before, this is by far THE best 👌

Zore visited us today to do a “deep service “ on our heat pump, what a great guy, efficient, knowledgeable and professional experience for us, highly recommended, thank you Oxygen Air and Zore.

I would like to say that Jino from oxyair was very thorough. He was very aware of my two cats and made sure they were not in the room when he was using the cleaning solution. He did suggest I had a deep clean of the heat pump and did a great job protecting the carpet and he cleaned up the wall and skirting a once tested and complete. I would defo recommend him as professional and friendly and knew his job well.

Best product, best price, best service. Bevan in sales was very helpful, took his time to find out exactly what we needed and found the right machine at the right price. Shannon was great in admin followup and the machine was installed within days. The installation team were great, good problem solvers, courteous, neat and tidy. About one week from my inquiry to having the unit in place and working well. I highly recommend Oxygen Air for domestic a/c.

We worked with Damian who did the installation a few weeks ago.

We we're getting x2 more heatpumps installed and we gave him a very specific brief with lots of instructions for placement, indoor/outdoor look, piping, underhouse layout etc.

It's safe to say Damian and his team nailed it. It took them a long time on a hot day but the units work fantastically and it all looks really neat and tidy.

Thanks again Damian and Oxygen Air. The overall cost and servicing of our existing units were really competitive too.

I recently had Oxygen Air out to service our multizone air conditioning system. While we had some initial challenges with the installation from the previous ownership, the new CEO and his team have been absolutely outstanding. They responded to my concerns without hesitation and sent a team around promptly to ensure the system was performing at its best. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that takes such clear pride in their work and looks after their customers. Highly recommended for their integrity and professional service, and of course, the system itself.

These guys made an appointment, arrived bang on time.
We discussed our needs.
They worked an options.
Presented the option along with budgets.
We worked within the budget and eventually had the items installed.
We have had 3 heat pumps installed on seperate occasions along with a new hot water heater pump.
They informed us of everything thing happening at all times.
The workers were super helpful , clean and nothing was a problem.
I can not recommend Oxygen air enough.

Oxygen air installed the hot water heat pump on time and without a lot of fuss keeping us updated as to where they were in the process and then tidying up after the install. Very pleased with the install.
