Awful customer service
It is almost 2026, I don't understand how it takes more than 5 weeks to slap a shipping label on a magazine. Their SLA is 3-5 weeks for delivery (I know that if I just missed an issue I need to wait till the next month). I contacted them via email after 6 weeks. SLA on response is 48 hours, waited 3 days and no response. Called their customer service number - and it just says send us an email and we'll get back to you in 12 hours - which had already passed by 3 days.
It doesn't matter how good your product is if customers can't get it.
