Will NOT issue me my COMPLETELY UNUSED AND UNOPENED product refund and it’s been months. Horrible company with a horrible product.Smells like literally A$$!!!! And will not remove my fine leg hair like what even is the point of this product. Could’ve shaved my WHOLE body five times with the time it took to actually work. Disgusting and not worth the hassle. SO disappointing!!!! WOULDNT HAVE RETURNED IT AND SPENT EVEN MORE MONEY IF I KNEW THEY WOULD NEVER REFUND ME!!!!!!!!!!!

2 orders, twice paid for next day delivery and over 4 days later no reply to emails, 1 order cancelled and no idea what’s going on. Quick enough to charge high rates for quick delivery but then don’t honour it. Extremely disappointed as we’re due to go on holiday in 3 days!

This product has burnt my skin.
I am in so much pain, pain that has woken me up repeatedly throughout the night.

As someone with sensitive skin, I have never been able to achieve a smooth shave. Since using oyo this has changed. Every time I remove my hair now I achieve an effortless smooth shave which I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing similar issues and customer service is top notch.

The company is selling fantastic products that really work - I did a test of not using for a while to see if it made a difference and noticed a fall back to where my skin had been before. Will not be stopping using again! Learnt my lesson there.

I havr had issues with ingrown hair for a LONG time, it's red, itchy, UNCOMFORTABLE. Oyo was a game changer, no itching feeling and significantly less misbehaving hair. 100% recommend.

This did remove most of the hair but it grew back the next day! I'm confused as according to your website it's meant to give me a week hair free but I had a weekend away swimming in lakes and this was really inconvenient as I already had bikini line stubble the next day!

I was afraid to then shave it in case it would cause irritation after using the cream, so I was stuck with a stubbly bikini line for the weekend :(

It took me quite a while to use the cream to begin with, and even longer to try to remove the residue stickiness and any remaining hairs, and there was an awful strong smell to the cream that stuck with me for ages.

I feel very disappointed as the reviews seemed so promising (fake?!), but it doesn't seem worth using again as it was a lot more effort than shaving and the hair grew back just as quickly.

I contacted customer support twice but didn't get a reply. I posted a review that mysteriously disappeared after it was first published...

Advert said it would smell better than other hair removal creams but it’s the same smell. Also didn’t work properly. Very expensive for something that promises to be high quality and is a total let down.

I’ve had the best experience with the customer service team at Oyo especially Andrea.
I have a nut allergy and am always careful with beauty products. I contacted Oyo and asked if their products would be suitable for me. Andrea has been incredibly helpful and sent me the ingredient list for the products and some alternative options for the ones that include almond oil.
I’ve spoken to my allergist and I’m now so excited to order the products and test them out!

I ordered a full kit including oils, cream and mitt and I’m so pleased with how soft my legs are without the pain of razor burn or strawberry legs from waxing. I’m definitely sold and will be using this for the foreseeable future, I’ve got really corse thick hair so needed to leave it for 8-9 minutes and it feels a bit weird but works a treat and no pain like with shaving or waxing and the balm is AMAZING for general moisture without being oily or sticky and it doesn’t burn on freshly done legs which is a godsend! Shipping was super quick and I definitely recommend giving their items a go even if you shave the aftercare and exfoliators are really good.

Love the ease of use. The spatula is a big help for on and off. Everything has very light smell (except the Bye Bye Bush). I have very sensitive skin and haven’t had any issues using the products. The packaging is also super cute!

Oyo customer service was very communicative and fast at responding to my question. They were very helpful!

Really great hair removal alternative. I have been waxing for years and ingrown hairs were a problem at times. Since using the bye bye bush cream my ingrown hairs have become so minimal and it just feels like a much better experience. It's really easy to apply and the little spatula gets the job done! Couldn't recommend enough

It was advertised all over Insta so I thought I’d try it - it is seriously so good. A lot of other hair removal creams have a really strong odour and sort of seemed to do half the job whereas this is really effective and left my skin feeling sooooo smooth. I will definitely be rebuying! I struggle with eczema and sensitive skin and this did not affect it at all. Shipping was also extremely quick and the sale meant the bundle I bought was a lot less. Would definitely recommend!
