помощь по страховке. В Анталии находились в отпуске. Встретила русскоговорящий представитель Анна. Хотя мне помощь медицинская не требовалось, но пока ждал друга я пообщался с Анной и понял, что в данной клинике качественный сервис. Это подтверждается грамотностью консультанта, присутствием иностранцев, чистотой в клинике и приятной атмосферой и обстановкой. Пока я ждал друга рассказал о своих переживаниях по зубу, который лечил в России. Предложили сделать снимок и посмотреть в каком состоянии зуб. Удивило меня то, что смогли сделать снимок и осмотр сразу и абсолютно бесплатно. Подумаю на будущее о лечении в данной клинике. Цены на лечение ниже, чем в России в регионе, из которого я приехал. Если в Анталии Вам понадобится стоматологическая помощь рекомендую данную клинику.

I had my first visit to Özdemir back in November when I had most of my work done. The service was incredible and both Batur and Meltem have been amazing guiding me through every step.

I'm just back from my second visit there and and I couldn't be happier with the results. The teeth look super natural and I am so much more confident now with my teeth!

I would 100% reccomend this clinic to anyone who is struggling with their teeth. The staff there (especially Batur and Meltem) will take great care of you and make sure any issues or questions you have will be dealt with and you do not leave there disappointed.

J’ai été en contact avec Ozdemir lors d’une de leurs visites à Antwerpen en 2023. Ayant des problèmes dentaires depuis très longtemps, la proposition d’Ozdemir m’a intéressé et j’ai accepté le traitement proposé en 2 phases :
Premier contact sur place à Antalya fin novembre 2023 pour préparation et intervention sur la mâchoire et pose d’implants. Delai de quelques mois pour bien laisser les interventions chirurgicales se cicatriser.
Deuxième contact sur place à Antalya mi-avril 2024 pour essai et pose définitive des couronnes.
Résultat dépasse tout ce que j’aurais pu espérer et surtout quelle gentilesse, professionalisme, accueil de tout le personnel d’Ozdemir. Interventions chirurgicales et dentaires au top ! Vous êtes pris en charge depuis l’arrivée jusqu’au départ par Meryem qui est “non-stop” présente soit physiquement soit par whatsapp et qui répond à toutes vos questions et vos soucis dans votre langue.
Un tout tout grand merci à elle et également à tout le personnel soignant d’Ozdemir pour les soins apportés.
Ozdemir Dental Center est vraiment à recommander !

I would like to thank all the staff at OZDEMİR for 10/10 Service I have had on my first visit if anybody is thinking of coming over for treatment I cannot recommend this place any higher the whole thing from start to finish for the treatment and care is out of this world I personally cannot recommend this dentist enough. Moi, qui a une peur bleue des dentistes, j ai été très bien accueilli, ils vous mettent à l aise.aucune douleur, il se charge de tous du début à la fin de nôtre séjour. Matériel à la pointe.

Rien à dire , personnel au TOP et surtout un grand MERCI à MERYEM qui a su répondre à toutes mes attentes et questions...

I just came back from antalya with New very nice teeth.
My first visit was in januari, and like I was expecting a little painful. Up and down , everything pulled out in 1 day 😂 But after 3 days the pain was gone .✅️
The support from meriem by WhatsApp was great 👍🏻 , she is there for you 24/7

My 2nd visit was the first week of april. And was painless. Offcourse the smile of Meltem every day when come in the hospital was very helpfull 👌, she is the personal coach and translator in the clinic . Very nice person to talk to 😘

Overal the experience was great . I went to antalya very scared and with very bad teeth, and I came back releaved and with a perfect smile .

I also saved 25.000€ by traveling to antalya instead of a treatment in Belgium.

I had 12 implants and 26 zirconium crowns.

So a big thank you , to the team of ozdemir Dental care.

Best dentist in turkey staff is amazing the clinic is clean and tidy and everyone welcomes you with the biggest smile and you walk out with not only a new smile but leaving with a great friendship with the team 5* in my book and will always be in my heart cause they truly have change my life

I am just back from a visit to Ozdemir dentist. I went for a consultation in Liverpool in Dec and was happy with what they told me so arranged to visit in February . I was quite nervous but in contact with Batur and Seyit all the time . They were great with communication and I felt well informed all the way through .
My dentist Sevda Havva was brilliant she was very calming and even though we didn’t speak the same language Meltem did a great job of communicating exactly what I wanted and Sevda was great at putting me at ease and doing a perfect job . She was patient and her signing was very relaxing ! She made sure my temporary teeth were acceptable and not too false looking nothing was an issue to her .
My surgeon Ergin was so confident and put me at ease straight away. I could tell he was a professional and had done this many times before. He was a master!
I had nine implants and multiple crowns and I honestly did not feel a thing . I was numb throughout the procedure and the aftercare anti biotic and pain killers did the trick . The only thing that was unsightly was the bruising but one week after the surgery this had mainly disappeared.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team and I am looking forward to going back to complete my treatment in three months .
They are in Liverpool 9th and 10th of March so if you are thinking of going along for a consultation I would definitely go and speak to the experts.

I've just finished my teeth done at this clinic. Now,thanks to them I have an amazing smile.
I just want to mention a few things, how miss Meltem was very professional and guided me in a perfect English, step by step all the procedures and explained to me all my questions and my concerns.
Mrs. Esra a perfectionist and very professional as well, plus the fact that she is an angel 😇 with all her patience that she had with me.
And of course the last but not the least, Mr. Erdem, just amazing and a true master of dentistry.
Overall, I felt welcomed and treated with respect by everyone at the clinic.

5 star experience!! Everything was so perfect, the whole team who were involved with my treatment were so professional and friendly. I can't fault anything. Special thanks to Meltem, Ali & Sevgi who were there to translate and explain the procedure. I brought my husband with me for support and he also ended up having all on 6 package treatment. I'm so pleased with the finished result, I would recommend Ozdemir if you are considering having treatment.

J'ai récemment eu l'occasion de consulter ce dentiste qui s’appelle Erdem, et je dois dire que mon expérience a été incroyable ! Le docteur est extrêmement compétent et professionnel. Il a pris le temps de m'expliquer chaque étape du traitement et de répondre à toutes mes questions. De plus, son équipe est très sympathique et attentionnée comme Meryem qui est une excellente traductrice sympathique et très amicale qui m’a permise d’être vraiment à l’aise elle a su traduire à la perfection !

Le cabinet dentaire est également très moderne et bien équipé, ce qui m'a mis à l'aise dès mon arrivée. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'attention portée aux mesures d'hygiène et de sécurité, ce qui m'a fait me sentir en confiance.

En ce qui concerne le traitement lui-même, le dentiste a fait preuve d'une grande précision et a veillé à ce que je ne ressente aucune douleur. Je suis vraiment satisfait des résultats obtenus et je recommande vivement ce dentiste à tous ceux qui cherchent un professionnel compétent et attentionné.

Des mains de fée un sourire et une gentillesse incroyable c'est Dr Ozdemir des qu'on vous a vue a anvers on a su que c'était vous et personne d'autre!!!!
Nous avons hâte d'être en avril pour terminer la dernière étape merci Dr.Ozdemir.
Et la cerise sur le gâteau c'est Meriem la traductrice mais pas que...

Brilliant team, first class service and very happy with the results.
I had 10 top and 10 bottom crowns, a tooth removed and root canal. The treatment, care and attention to detail is fantastic. Looked after from start to finish. If you have any issues with your teeth and are considering visiting don't suffer any more just book it. Huge thank you to everyone involved

Just come back from Antalya after having treatment at Özdemir dental clinic. The whole experience was amazing. I had 7 implants numerous root canal’s and zirconium crowns and the whole procedure’s were pain free. Thank you to all the team who looked after me and my partner throughout the week. A really big thank you to Batur the interpreter and my go to from the start when I I decided to go ahead with the treatment. He answered all my concerns and questions and sorted all my appointments out. Thank you again Batur you were brilliant. The hotel were we stayed looked after us by providing soft option food throughout the stay. A great big thank you to Rose the chef and Geedam on reception, your kindness shone through. I would highly recommend Ozdemir Dental Clinic they are amazing. See you in April 2024 when I come for my final treatment.

I recently arrived back from Antalya and a visit to Ozdemir dentist. I am really happy with the work I had done! And looking forward to going back in a few months to have the work completed.

Meltem and her colleagues looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble for then.

The whole experience was great and stress free, from initial contact in the UK to flying to Turkey was hassle free.
Good communication allround, which is important when travelling to another country for any type of procedure.
The hotel was comfortable and close to Ozdemir Dental.
The staff where great and very professional.
Meltum was especially helpful as she looked after all our appointments and needs to a tee.

I visited the clinic in August this year while we’ve been on holiday in Antalya. Beautiful clinic with really friendly people.
Few days ago they’ve been to Liverpool Dr Erdem and few more colleagues. We met them for consultation. Very well organised team in a nice hotel 👍😊
Even small entertainment place in corner of room for my 2 little boys 🙏
Hopefully we( me and my wife)can go to Antalya soon for treatment

Wow! I had the most amazing journey at Ozedemir. The communication before i even got here, explaining the whole treatment. Whenever i had a question, it was always answered. I feel like i made a friend out of the coordinator, she was so lovely and sweet and made me feel so comfortable through the whole journey! I had composite bonding done, 8 on top and 3 on bottom and i am in absolute love with them!!! They look unreal!!

Ik ben zeer tevreden van özdemirdental! En zeker van meneer Erdem ik heb veel last en problemen gehad bij andere tandartsen zit al ongeveer 2 jaar zonder tanden maar bij özdemir Dental hebben ze mij geholpen na 4 maanden achter mijn implantaten heb ik mijn gebit terug ! Ik zou het echt uit mijn hart iedereen aanraden
