The item I purchased was sent and delivered quickly and I was happy with item. You lost one star because I sent a question and no one bothered to answer it. Otherwise, I am happy with the item and with how fast I received it.

Funko pop had a lil damage to the box but not too much..it was put in a protector and bubble wrapping, and very well packaged! It arrived in very good time and over-all, it was a great experience buying from you guys!

They have a wide range of pops including some rare ones. The right way to go about it would be to check the images uploaded on the site and reconfirming with them on chat (FB). They reply very promptly and do share real time pics as well. My whole interaction with them was pretty smooth and package delivered in quick time.

a little disappointed and confused. :/
wanted to sell the last of my funko pop collection before a big move. saw the reviews and thought it seemed like a great place to sell my funko’s quickly! i’ve taken such good care of all my funko pops since i got them. they were all in clear protectors or in storage bins. never been taken out of the boxes. i for sure thought “oh! i’ll get a good price for them. they are all perfect!” and i noticed as i was adding some to my list some of them were worth $50+ and i was being given $1 to sell them here. but i needed them gone asap so i just accepted it. but was kinda disappointed in the huge price difference. but i do understand they need to make $ off them, so i get it. i was just kinda disappointed to see such a price difference. but it was my choice to keep them or sell them so i understand! i was offered about $120 for my list when i submit it. and i believe i submit 30-40 items. i don’t know much about pops and how much they’d be worth. but i do have a friend who’s a huge collector! and he’s the one who told me that a few of the ones i submit were worth $50+ and even a couple for $80. but like i said, i needed them gone asap so i didn’t mind. i read reviews saying how strict they were with the pops. so i knew i had to make sure they were all excellent condition! i did have 1 that i knew was damaged on the box, so i knew that one would be an issue. but i was aware and prepared. as for all my other pops, i filmed myself packaging them up and the condition they were in while i did so. i understand things can happen in transit, but with how i packed them i was sure that wouldn’t be an issue. there wasn’t any room for them to move to even be damaged. but when i received the review for them.. i noticed that there was a few pops that had “flaws” and i was like hm.. let me check these. some of them had damaged box corners (which could’ve been from transit) but what got me is there was a couple that looked damaged on purpose. one of them had a funko that wasn’t stood straight properly, which i believe could’ve just been opened and put back to its place and been fine. i don’t think that should’ve been marked as flawed and had $ taken away. it’s a pop.. it wasn’t damaged. it was such an easy fix but instead of just fixing the pop, they deducted $ from it. which i thought was super unfair. then another pop which i KNEW was perfect (it was a favorite of mine) somehow had a ton of orange stain? on the box. which is impossible. it was perfect when i sent it. there’s no way that happened in transit. it looked like rust. THAT was where i got concerned. how is it all these pops had spent years in clear cases? put in storage? left my house in PERFECT condition? but arrived to them in the condition some of them were in? i’m not trying to accuse anyone of anything, even though it may sound that way! but it’s very off to me. and something else i noticed is all the ones with “flaws” were my highest paid pops. which was suspicious to me as well. i just don’t understand. i get the box damages could’ve very well happened in transit. with how they were packed.. how? i have no idea. but its possible. but the pop with the orange all over the box is impossible. there’s no way that happened during transit. and it wasn’t that way when it left me. i ended up getting $88 for my list after all the deductions. so with all the “flaws” it took away about $30+ from my total. which like i said.. some of the flaws were easily fixable or not even worth deduction. they weren’t kidding when they said PICKY. because even the slightest mark or rip is a deduction. oh! and the price tags. don’t remove those! because guess what? they deduct $ for that also! why? i have no idea. it’s under the box. it can be removed/ cleaned easily. does it deserve a deduction? no. kinda unfair the way the deductions worked out. super disappointing.
i did however, need help and they were helpful and quick to respond. which is why i’m giving 2 stars!
but i unfortunately don’t think i’d ever sell to them again. :/ was super easy, and super quick! but i'm just a little disappointed.
nothing against the workers at all! i know they were just doing their job. i just think it was unfair when it came to the deductions for the “flaws” :/
