Awning Gutter Mounts - Awesome Quality
I've got a Toyota Hiace LWB van I'm going to convert into a weekend camper.
Didn't want to put roof racks on it, but wanted to put an awning on it.
After much searching came across these 'Awning Gutter Mount' stainless steel brackets from Ozroofracks, they looked perfect for the task.
Ordered them and was very impressed with the Quality when they arrived.
They are Really Strong and Great Quality, very happy, thankyou

Would have been 5 stars but my mounting…
Would have been 5 stars but my mounting hardware from my rhino rack bars don't fit the holes bolts are to big. Why you made the holes smaller than the most common bars i have no idea. And is your stuff made can't see anything on the website or packaging?

Most of the holes on roof rack manufacturers are M8 to match most of the fitting holes and slots on Ozroofracks products.
True that some manufacturers like Rhino heavy duty range have M10 but most of Ozroofracks range is specifically design for high roof, and as people tend to overload, giving the chance to fit heavy duty bars was initially more a question about safety not compatibility.
I've redesigned the brackets a few times but I haven't had any feedback till now regarding the hole sizes.
Also there are so many options out there when it comes to fitting hardware, bars, cages, racks, accesories that made my design based on other manufacturer is not an option as changes on design in this sector are fast and by doing that we put at risk our ideas/concept when designing.
The most important: if not may companies actually focus on high roof vehicles why should I try to make a product to suit their products?
I started this adventure at own risks with the idea of keeping my products aside other companies because no one was specifically designing for high roof gutter vehicles. Just after 3 years on the Market more than 4 companies are manufacturing similar products.
I proudly manufacture in China, is not a secret.
Most of the companies in the sector manufacture in China, Middle East and even South Africa, you can research. Be aware that some companies might state "Made in Australia" wich just means a product has undergone a "substantial transformation" in Australia.
That is: The product must have been substantially transformed in Australia. 50% of the cost of production must have been incurred in Australia.
Because of this Ozroofracks could state "Made in Australia" but in order to avoid misleading advertising I do not make that statement.
On the other hand, you can get one of my brackets and go to any company to ask for a quote to make them here, you will be surprise with the reply if you get any. To be able to compete on the market I have to produce overseas - manufacturing costs in Australia for my products are sadly wild.
We care about every feedback so please send me more information/photos on what hardware/bars did you end up using and how did you fit them please.

Freaking amazing customer service
What I ordered didn’t work for my car, and I am super impressed with how easy it was to fix. One email and a photo explaining what I meant and the team immediately gave me options to return what I ordered and to get the right things sent out. 10/10, would recommend

Recieved with parts already RUSTY in…
Recieved with parts already RUSTY in places where the paint was missing. Plus 2 of tbe screw bags where missing the plastic gaskets, so now i have mounted it wrong because of missing parts.
Rackz itself are good, pricey but good
To the answer: no. I expect for the price i pay to be everything fine st the first delivery. I dont have time to ship it back and wait another week, your answer didnt help. Reviews are made for this.

Hi Andrea, I'm happy taking them back and provide a refund under the business policy.
Regarding your order instead of make a bad review you should've asked for the nylon washers or a replacement if no were not happy with the product upon arrival, don't you think?
Is completely your choice a customer to follow this path and void the warranty not installing as per instructions provided.

What’s better than a great Aussie product sold by a very knowledgeable Aussie, if you are in the market for Roof Racks for your Coaster then stop searching and start measuring because Pedro and his Product is all you need and if you are unsure then call him trust me you will not be disappointed.
