There website said they deliver but I place my order and then was told sorry we don't deliver dew to the size it was 1 24x12 checker plate steel if you don't deliver take it down off the website

Hello Timothy, thank you for your feedback. The product page says that it is local pick up only. If you require delivery, we will need an external quote from a courier company due to their regulations regarding oversized products.
Edit: As stated on the Australia Post website, oversized items are over 1.05m in length. I have attached the link to the website below for your reference: https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/guidelines/size-weight-guidelines

I've ordered a few times from here
I've ordered a few times from here, and they have been quick, and the product is what you would expect. I even had a slight issue with stock once, and they personally drove to my house to swap over an item the same day. Also good on the phone.

Great delivery intervention OzSupply!
I made my purchase with the expectation delivery would be two weeks or less. However, that was not the case, and the delivery contractor indicated the item was still in ‘transit’. Due to the delay, I was not going to be in a position to personally receive goods. I requested the contractor to leave at my front door. They advised that the supplier could only alter delivery instructions. An email to OzSupply instigated immediate action to rectify delivery instructions. Well done OzSupply👌
