Great Experience Socks Delivered within 6 days!
My daughter gave me a couple of Pais of these socks for Christmas. They are by far the best socks I've ever owned. So I wanted more. I was concerned about the reviews and sent Pacas Support a message. With 12 hours they responded and assured me things were running more smoothly. I ordered 6 pairs on April 2nd and received them today, April 8th. So I am very pleased with their responsiveness and delivery.

I bought socks last fall...loved them. Went back to buy "no-show" socks that did not fit well. It took FOREVER for them to send me the return label. I sent it off mid-end of February, and as of 3/21/26 I have not gotten my refund. At first they told me that the package had not arrive yet, but when I provided proof through tracking info they backed off and told me it would take a while to process. Well, it's been a month. I have been in contact...they said they escalated to management, but I have nothing...no socks, and no money refunded. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM AGAIN, DESPITE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT! The quality of the service SUCKS. I'm so done and am at my wits end how to get this handled now.

Trying to reach Pacas, but nobody ever answers. I emailed them, but they still haven't got back to me, at least not yet. I'm very frustrated
I’ve used this brand for around 4 years
I’ve used this brand for around 4-5years now. Bought a ton before and needed to restock. So I ordered 2 - 6 packs and 1 - 3 pack. Recieved the 3 pack. Emailed them and got a response they oversold. Asking if I wanted something else. I replied 2 6 packs of normal weight not light weight crew socks. Pick the style or random I don’t care. No answer. Another email. No answer. Third email. No answer. Chargeback the card. Email within 20min of them opening the next day saying that since I did a chargeback they couldn’t send me the other socks. Well all I wanted was the socks. Didn’t want to charge back. Or email
6 times. Why did they ship a partial order than be all whoops we oversold when I asked. Email me before shipping and ask me what I wanted instead. Save 2 shipping costs and make me happy!
I do still want more of the socks but unless they decide to start selling on fulfilled by Amazon or Walmart. Not interested in the headaches.
BAD.....CUSTOMER SERVICE
First off I am a huge Pacas fan when it comes to their regular socks, I have bought several pairs and my family wears them, friends and I hope to continue buying their socks. However, I ordered their woman's performance sock in the normal size I wear and they are way to small and the feel of the sock material is not the same quality. I have emailed twice and am now 8 days with no response about accepting my return. I am now going to have to dispute on my credit card due to the lack of communication from Paca's. Very frustrating.
Ordered my socks late December and…
Ordered my socks late Decemeber and after 3 weeks I tried to contact the company. Phone goes to voicemail saying try again later. I left 6 "support" messages on their website with no response. After 4 weeks they refunded my order with no explanation and I had not asked for a refund. Non-existent customer service. Would never order from them again.
They will not respond to my email.
These guys are crooks
These guys are crooks. After two months+ still trying to get either a completed order or a refund. Customer service is random at best with plenty of empty promises. Foolishly released (per American Express advice) the chargeback after I received part of my order with a promise of a refund. Of course now…..nothing but crickets. I’ll be reinstating the dispute….will see what happens from there.

So far, I give them 2 stars...I ordered (2) packs of 3 pairs of ankle socks, but received (1) pack of 3 pairs of crew socks. The only way I could reach out to the company was through a message on their website. I have so far sent 2 messages, but have not yet heard anything back. It has been almost a month since I placed my order.
The Worst Customer Service imaginable
I ordered 3 separate sets of multi colored and multi patterned socks. One order of four socks was filled correctly. The other two orders of (3) and (4) were simply filled with black socks, which was not what I ordered either time. The order of (3) was refunded upon return and I then ordered a set of (4) multi-colored and patterned. In spite of multiple emails, I have been unable to get support from their customer service which will get this matter resolved. Next step? BBB, FTC, and Social Media. The WORST customer service.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...AT ALL
I order the six pack of compression socks. When they arrived I excitedly tried them on. The smallest size was still to big, so I immediately went only to initiate a return. I received an automated response that my request was under review. Several days later still not response. I contacted customer service again and received another automated response. Over two weeks later and still not a single response. There is no way to actually get a hold of anyone to get a resolution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I inadvertently ordered an item twice during the Christmas holiday of 2025. I didn’t realize it until the second pair of bedroom slippers arrived. I sent an email request for a return which was their company policy. It’s been almost two weeks and still no reply. Do NOT order from this company. Other reviewers from different sites like this have complained on their horrible customer service
Pacas were great...until they weren't!
Our family has purchased dozens of Pacas socks, and 3 pair of the knit slippers. I ordered the moccasin slipper at Christmas. Sizing was small. Tried to return, no customer service #. Finally got an email about how to initiate return. I did, and got a message a week ago that it was being "reviewed". Have written 2x since...nothing. We're done! Too bad, liked the socks!

After at least four great orders over the last few years my most recent is - nonexistent. They took the funds but have not shipped and worse, they will not and do not respond to emails, messaging, social media contact, calls (disconnected) or BBB complaints. This company seems to think that customer service is for suckers? Not sure what is going on but I've had to initiate a charge back on my card to get the money back. Still no word from Pacas. Sad.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Like many others, I placed an order on Dec. 21st and the charge cleared the next day. I did not need them in time for Christmas so a slight delay was not an issue. However, it is not Jan. 15th and although I received an email with a tracking number, the package was never received by DHL. Only a label was created. I have contacted customer service at last 10 times and only receive an automated response. Very poor customer service.

Never received my order of 3 pairs of women's crew socks to this date, 1/13/26 from Christmas 12/25/25. Company will not get back to me after sending them several emails.
Also, I want to return men's socks that do not fit my husband. Again no response from PACAS, Inc.
Question long term stability
I like the compression socks, as they do keep my feet warm.
My issue is they are a couple of months old, and they have a lot of pilling on the wear areas (sole and heel).
I am concerned of the ability of the socks to last, as the material will wear thin due to the constant filling.
The black seem to pill more than the gray socks.
Great product- if it ever arrives
First of all, before my last order, I loved this company. The product is fantastic. But I ordered socks for everyone in my family on 11/28/2025 with the 35% off Black Friday Deal. I got a confirmation of the order immediately, and it said I would getting a tracking number when they shipped. That never happened. I reached out multiple times over several different platforms from 12/20-1/6. I finally got a reply on 1/6/26 when I was given a survey to rate the Custer service I had received in response to my ZenDesk service request. I gave a negative review since there had been no reply. Within hours I got an apologetic reply saying I was not being ignored, they just had unprecedented sales and service requests. They said my shipping would be “upgraded” to 3 day priority at no cost and that would get a shipping notification. This was great and all, but Christmas was 2 weeks past, and getting priority shipping on something that should have come a month ago, isn’t much of an apology. After several more days with no eta on when I would get the socks I demanded a refund or I would dispute the charge with AmEx. They did actually issue the refund. I won't buy from them again as there was never any acknowledgement of what had gone wrong or how they were trying to fix it. I did get multiple texts and emails daily offering sale prices up to 40% off, but why order from a company that can't deliver and won't own the problem.
Pacas customer service just plainly…
Pacas customer service just plainly SUCKS. So far 6 emails with no response. Shipment was lost, all I want is for it to be replaced. It was a Christmas gift that never made it to its destination.
