Shona is an absolute star. She ensured my property sale was very well handled. All her staff were truly terrific. I felt in safe hands for the whole process. Their photographer did an excellent job as well. Truly great service.

PJ have been on the ball from day one. Any and all questions answered and regular updates as well as open and honest in conversations.
Each stage has been managed well as it moved through the different phases of sale and I would instantly use the guys again if I needed to.
First rate service and commitment from every member of staff who handled our transaction.
I wish the conveyancer I had to use for a purchase was even half as efficient.

Shona and her team were amazing, they went the extra mile, could not have been more helpful. they kept me informed at all stages of the sale.
I would highly recommend Pacittijones Dennistoun.

Superb service from Pacitti Jones. Made the entire daunting process of selling my property smooth and seemless. Both Chris & Holly were professional, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a really smooth experience with Pacitti Jones!
They were very helpful at every stage, clearly explained each step of the process and always available to answer any questions.
The communication was great and the team were all very approachable and helpful.
We hadn't been planning on selling when we did, and so the PJ team made it as smooth as possible for us given we were unsure of the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from the Pacitti Jones branch in Dennistoun.
Shona kept me fully updated with daily calls about viewings and timings. All viewings were arranged by the team, and I was able to track everything easily through the online portal as well as through Shona’s regular updates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property.

We had previously had a quote and valuation from pacitti jones and at that point knew that we would definitely pick them to do our marketing. Shona and the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish and provided us with the best advice, regular updates and did everything they could to ensure we got the best possible outcome for the sale of our flat. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would definitely recommend and use them if required in future.

Really great experience from the team at Pacitti Jones Dennistoun. From our first meeting with Paul, to Shona keeping us updated every step of the way, to a really quick and posiive sale - I can't speak highly enough of the whole team. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Having worked with Estate agents for over 30 years in both UK and the US we found Shona and her team at Pacitti Jones to be the best we've ever used. Their knowledge of the local market and how to get the best price for your house is remarkable. We can attest to that having just sold using them. In addition to their professionalism and knowledge you get a very competitive fee and a genuine professional photographer who produces fantastic listing pictures. An added bonus is Pacitti's easy to use online portal which shows your listing, upcoming viewer schedules, feedback from previous viewers and the number of views your listing is getting on Rightmove.
If your selling your house in the area covered by this Pacitti Jones office then we highly recommend you use them or at least check them out before choosing your Estate Agent.

Have given a five star review to Pacitti Jones in Dennistoun as I could not fault the service provided when selling my mother's flat recently. All staff were very professional and helpful and made the process very straightforward . A special mention to Shona who was super efficient, professional and friendly and kept me up to date at all times with multiple offers made with frequent courtesy calls and was available at all times to answer any queries I had. All the viewings were arranged by them and was kept up to date on the online portal and also updates by Shona. A great price was obtained and was extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this office to anyone who has a property to sell and be confident that a great customer service will be provided by all the team.

I made an appointment with Pacitti Jones and within a week and a half my property was on the market. They were incredibly efficient and coordinated the photographer and home report agent for me.

When the property went on the market their communication was excellent. From booking in viewings to getting feedback from potential buyers. Georgia in particular kept the whole thing moving along and gave great advice when offers came in.

Cannot recommend them enough!

Very professional and very good communication. Shona phoned everyday to keep us updated while the property was on the market and once sold she periodically called just to check everything was moving along okay and in case we needed any help. The dashboard you are given to keep track of everything is great. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service issued by Nicola and her team who assisted me with the administration of my late Mother's Estate. They provided excellent communication and advice, and were very helpful, courteous and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend using Pacitti Jones.

This is the second time I have used Pacitti Jones to sell my property. From the outset, their service is highly professional, friendly and true to their stated values. Shout outs to Craig, Laura, Carly and Bernadette for their guidance. This also included liaison with 3rd parties for arranging home report and photographs promptly and accurately. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Bernadette was extremely helpful and efficient. Her communication with me was faultless and I knew were we where at every step.
I would recommend Pacitti Jones for any legal services and I will certainly use them again in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Pacitti Jones when selling our flat and purchasing our new home. The team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, providing great communication, support, and advice at every stage. Shona and Georgia were particularly excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Craig, the mortgage broker, was also incredibly helpful and made everything straightforward and stress-free.
We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Pacitti Jones to anyone looking to sell or buy property.
