package left unannounced in porch

the doorbell rings, whereupon my package is simply left in the porch downstairs. this is then within reach of everyone who walks through the porch. if you ring the bell, at least tell me that I have to come down 4 floors myself to pick up my package. I don't think this is nice. 1. paid articles are there. 2. my personal details visible to everyone

First it was supposed to arrive…

First it was supposed to arrive Saturday and i really needed the items for sunday however i got an email saying i wasn’t home but i was and today monday he left the packages OUTSIDE the building so anyone that walked passed could have stolen it. I sent my husband downstairs after i got email saying it has been delivered. again he had not rang the bell!! PAC8EC4JX7

Nothing delivered

I didn’t receive my package while I got a mail that it was delivered at my home. I wasn’t home, the delivery service didn’t gave me a note at the mailbox or email. I can’t find my package and I still don’t know where it is….

Canceled twice and then chose another address

They canceled my delivery twice because ‘my address doesn’t exist’. Later I received an email the package is delivered (I was home all day and no one rang the door). Turns out… somehow they went to MY OLD ADDRESS WHERE I DON’T LIVE ANYMORE!! The new address is on the sending label! This is a whole new level of stupidity.

Waardeloze bezorging er word aangebeld

Waardeloze bezorging er word aangebeld.
Het word niet eens naar boven gebracht.
Ik sta uren boven te wachten bij de deur.
Volgens loop in naar binnen om in de camera te kijken of de bezorger daar nog staat of het busje. Zie ik dat ze weg zijn.
Ik naar benden met een baby en een kind. Om het pakketje beneden te pakken
Kon me kinderen ook niet even snel boven laten om het te pakketje te pakken.
Waardeloze bezorging.

Left package un-attended at the back door, even though I was at home. The delivery person didn’t bother going around to the front door to ring the doorbell. And they also didn’t “leave it with the neighbors” like it said in the e-mail. Horrible service.

Fijne ervaring, goede track en trace en zooo blij dat pakketje tot aan de voordeur op de verdieping is bezorgd! Door een aardige bezorger ook nog!
Met andere pakket diensten gebeurt het laatste nauwelijks meer!

Misselijk dit

Misselijk dit, heel misselijk! Hele dag thuis met meerdere personen om uiteindelijk een mailtje te ontvangen met 'we hebben je gemist, we proberen het morgen weer.'
De volgende dag na 20u een mail ' pakketje bezorgd '.
Ik heb helemaal NIKS ontvangen. NIKS in de brievenbus. DHL bezorgt keurig volgens afspraak. Packycrap stelletje cowboys. Ik wist aan mn voelwater dat dit scenario zich zoi ontvouwen. Bah!

Hi! Het spijt ons om te horen dat het lijkt alsof het niet helemaal goed is gegaan met de bezorging.
Had je toevallig gekeken in de brievenbus? Het kan zijn dat het daar bezorgd is.

Mocht het pakket niet in de brievenbus liggen, wil je dan contact met het Support team opnemen, via Support@packaly.com, zodat wij direct een onderzoek kunnen starten en de bezorger kunnen vragen waar het pakket is bezorgd.

First they promised me the package…

First they promised me the package would be delivered on Monday, but they left my package at the depot, then they said next workday but no sign of a package. Wednesday they again promised my package would be delivered between 09:30-11:30PM (way too late) and then at 10PM they said they were not gonna make it. It's now Thursday and I finally got my package

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever. First time I ordered my package was immediately returned after 1 attempt. Second time it says it was delivered to my address. No package in sight and also not with the neighbors. You can never edit or add anything, no pick up point. Very very very bad.
