In short, the printing done on our 150 custom mailers was so blurry I thought I was going blind. I should also mention the quality is terrible - the box would likely get torn to shreds on the back of a UPS truck. Completely impossible to reach anyone to rectify the order. Makes sense why they don't send proofs! It's a scam hidden behind pleasing DTC branding. I'm stuck with $500 in useless boxes.

Love Packlane - they deliver every time. I rely on them for all my packaging needs.

In addition to making awesome custom mailer boxes materials, their customer support team is always friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. When I pointed out that there was a glitch in how I was being charged for shipping, their team made sure to take note to review the expense once my order was shipped and remedy any errors. I've ordered a few boxes over the past couple of years with Packlane and I love several things about these guys: their design tools, the box options, the quality construction, and the terrific outcome and delivery. Pretty much every part of the process. Best part: no 500-piece minimums! If I need 50 boxes, I can order 50 and the price is still excellent.

Response time was very fast and changes were made to the proof right away and as specified. Good experience so far!

Best place for boxes!

We searched for many companies and received different quotes. Packlane was the cheapest so we went with them, we were honestly hesitant due to the low price but the customer service was so helpful and the boxes arrived timely and exactly how we wanted them. Thank you!

I needed to change some artwork on a box that I recently ordered, and Jeanne was an awesome help! The file of the new artwork I sent her was a bit low resolution, but she was able to make it work without me having to provide her with a new file!

We had some overly delicate linework on one of our boxes. Jeanne in pre-press worked with us back and forth throughout the day getting timely updates and corrections made until we were ready for production. Very happy with the personal attention and dedication to getting our job done right and as quickly as possible.

This is my first time using Packlane, and I am happy to say that I won't be looking anywhere else from here on out. The ordering process was so easy and user friendly. My package design had some issues that were addressed before printing. The pre-press team helped me figure out exactly what needed to be changed and was so patient with me in our communication process. I'm not a graphic designer and needed some extra coaching and help; which they were able to offer me until I was completely satisfied with the end product. Cannot recommend Packlane enough. Looking forward to my first shipment!
