I used Packlane a year ago. This time I had a fairly big order with 3 different very colorful boxes. So I tried a competing company and only ordered prototypes. Thank goodness for that because once I saw them I went right back to Packlane. The ink quality of all my boxes turned out amazing! Two of my boxes were black and colorful and the black was perfect. Plus I earned credit towards purchasing more boxes!

The team at Packlane has made our first custom box order a breeze. They even caught a couple potential "happy accidents" for me and were happy to let me know as well as fix things up for me. I couldn't be happier and I haven't even received my final product yet - Although I am sure it will be amazing!

I recently purchased a mass amount of company-branded boxes using Packlane.com and had the most wonderful experience. One of Packlane's Senior Account managers, Newman, was in direct contact with me throughout the ordering process which made it seamless and smooth. I cannot thank him enough for assisting during the ordering process and also delivering us perfectly branded and easy to assemble boxes. I highly recommend this company and working with Newman :)

Great user friendly website that makes it easy for a business owner to create their custom shipping boxes. Good response time from customer relations on issues pertaining to design. Great quality boxes and prints. A tad high on pricing but overall excellent.

I was first made aware of Packlane after viewing a YouTube video comparing Packlane and another company; the consensus on the video was Packlane was the winner. I went with Packlane initially due to shipping timeline and cost. Shipping was way faster than expected, I found the process of creating my box very easy (my design was fairly simple), the edit / proof process was smooth (they notified me that my original logo wasn't high res enough and it was an easy fix), and I found a promo code online that saved my company money. Boxes arrived and they look great! I also want to note that I first reached out to a local company and their prices were 2-3x that of Packlane so I'm thankful that Packlane provided a product that my made my project affordable and kept me within budget.

Boxes were perfect!
I uploaded my own designs for the box and the design/production team was prompt and helpful and nothing went to production until I was perfectly satisfied with my design. Boxes are vibrant and the construction is hearty and solid. Highly recommend.
