Price point less than other sellers
Pack Turtles price point was well below other sites offering the same X-Plus model kit. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and safely packed.

Good communication
The kit I ordered was a pre-order item. It did take about 3 months to arrive. However, Pack Turtle did keep me informed as what was going on throughout the whole time. I appreciated that concern.
