If the tyre you received is less than 36 months old, this is generally not indicated on the site. If it is over 36 months old or DEMO, this should normally be specified. When properly stored, a tyre from last year does not probably indicate a quality issue.
If the packaging arrived in poor condition or if you believe the product information was not clear, please open a ticket with our service après-vente and include photos of the packaging and the DOT marking. Our agents will review your case carefully and provide an appropriate solution.

At first I was unsure, but everything is okay
At first, I wasn't sure if it's a legit store or not but after receiving my tires, it got pretty much clear that everything is more than okay. A couple of tires were around 4 months old but the other two were like 4 weeks old, basically straight from the manfuacturer. Recommend.

Good seller and good tires
I bought from Padangulyderis twice. Both times I found the exact tires I wanted for a good price, they were recently made and I was pleased with the experience. First time delivery was fast, but the second order took much longer. I believe it was not a fault of Padangulyderis though, and after messaging the support tires were delivered quickly.
So overall experience is 4.5 and rounded up its 5/5 :)

Received tires
Received tires , but they seem to be defected. I have big issue now as I do not know how to start the process.
The tires start vibrating at aprox 100km h as well strange sound coming from them.

Sold a defective tire and refused to take responsibility
I am extremely disappointed with AD TYRES(Padangulyderis.lt). I received a tire with a deep cut on the sidewall—a critical structural defect that makes the tire unsafe for road use and creates a high risk of a blowout.
When I contacted their support, they hid behind a bureaucratic "4-day reporting policy" to deny my claim. I explained that the delay was due to a medical surgery I had on the day of delivery, making it physically impossible for me to inspect the shipment immediately.
Instead of showing empathy or prioritizing customer safety, they chose to prioritize their rigid internal rules over the fact that they sold a life-threatening product. Selling unsafe automotive parts and then refusing a refund or replacement is unacceptable.
Be very careful with this company. If you receive a defective or damaged product, do not expect any help or professional service. Your safety is not their priority.
