Die Kühlmatratze ist wirklich toll und meine Australian Shepherd Hündin liegt sehr gerne darauf. Genau das war mein Wunsch – ihr für die warmen Tage einen angenehmen Liegeplatz zu bieten.
Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war der Kundenservice. Ich habe noch nie einen so freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden Kundenservice erlebt. Auf meine Fragen wurde schnell und verständnisvoll eingegangen und es wurde eine Lösung gefunden, mit der ich überhaupt nicht gerechnet hätte.
Vielen Dank für diesen außergewöhnlich guten Service – so etwas erlebt man selten!
Miserable communication
Company with excellent products, but with no communication with customers. I received my order after 4 weeks but the first answer on my email received even later.... meanwhile received automatic emails.
This made we mad as after placed my order, next day receieved confirmation with tarcking number, that my order left the company and was handed over the courrier. I work for a courrier company so I was not quite sure in it as there was not a physical scan at the courrier, just datas, which means only the consignment note was made...but what if I am not right and the parcel lost? Asked...and noone answered.
On the sevond week I received another automatic mail asking me to rate the product... which I still not received.
And plus received an automatic "answer" on my every emails, that MINOR delays are in ANSWERING mails.
In guess 4weeks completing an order within the EU is not a MINOR delay, as answering mails after 5weeks is also more then a MINOR problem.
In the 21st century is such a problem not sending out FALSE automatic emails which makes customer even angrier. In case updateing it with the current situation, I would have waited patiently as the coats are really excellent. But the first, winter coat I bought in Hungary from a reseller, and this also excellent uv/bug shirt ordered directly from PAIKKA (as it was not avaible in my country as it seems there is no demand for it)

I still haven't received my order. When I contacted customer service about what was happening with my package, I received a response that the package was stuck in the logistics department. After a certain time, when the package still wasn't there and I sent an email again, I didn't even receive a response. The order was paid for immediately, so I was robbed in broad daylight!!!

This review is a little different from the usual “the product was great” or “the product was bad.” It is about how a company treats its customers when problems happen, and the value it gives to customer relationships.
Around three weeks ago, I ordered a raincoat for my dog through Paikka’s website. For almost three weeks, the order remained stuck in the system without any shipping updates. After contacting the Paikka team, they kindly explained that they were experiencing high demand and asked me to wait a little longer.
However, when there was still no movement days later, and after waiting a total of three weeks, I contacted them again and requested a refund. Within literally 5 minutes, they processed the refund and sincerely apologized for the situation.
A good company is not only about delivering products on time or creating high-quality products. It is also about standing behind the customer when something goes wrong. For that reason, I truly appreciate Paikka’s responsibility, professionalism, and customer care. Thank you, Paikka.

J’avais commandé un poncho pour moi, commande rapide et produit de qualité.
Seconde commande pour mes chiens, tout s’est très bien passé. Délais de réception très raisonnables. Encore une fois produits de qualité. Il a fallu néanmoins que je renvoie un des articles car pas adapté pour ma chienne handicapée. Facilité de retour, remboursement à 100% anticipé.
Je conseille les produits qui valent le prix de leur qualité. De plus en plus de boutiques les proposent. Signe de bons produits.

I rarely leave a review but had to come to thank amazing experience with Paikka. I bought a human visibility rain coat like 1,5 years ago. It’s amazing but I haven’t used it a lot. Now I noticed it had some marks on my back and collar. I contacted them pointing out that I wasn’t happy with the quality (just that it would make it easier for them to observe quality in the future.
I was amazed they immediately promised to send me a new jacket. Will definitely buy from them in the future too, amazing customer service and good quality on making. Now I also ordered a sweater to our dog but it hasn’t arrived yet.

Unexpected return refusal and extra €14 shipping cost
I work professionally with dogs in Spain and regularly test outdoor gear before recommending it.
I purchased two PAIKKA products around the same time — one through a retailer and one directly from the brand. The lined winter coat was tested in prolonged rain conditions. Although it has a 9,000 mm water column rating, I found that the inner lining absorbs moisture over time. In extended wet exposure, especially with smaller dogs close to the ground, the lower sections can retain water and the dog may become damp underneath.
I shared this feedback with the company as constructive input. Shortly after, I requested a return for the overall purchased directly from the brand. I had briefly tried it indoors to assess fit and mobility and removed the tag because it was bothering my dog — I still have the original tag. The item was never used outdoors.
The return was declined due to the removed tag and an alleged odor. Given the limited indoor use, I found this difficult to understand. As a result, I not only lost the original shipping costs, but also had to pay an additional €14 for a DHL shipment to have the item returned to me from Germany.
While I understand that companies have policies, this experience was disappointing. I believe customers should carefully review the return conditions and evaluate whether a lined winter coat is suitable for prolonged heavy rain before purchasing.

Haben mehrere Mäntel bestellt
Falsche Mäntel bekommen bzw welche, die nicht regenfest sind. Das Wasser durchdringt den Mantel und sammelt sich an den hinteren Stoffteilen bei den Hinterläufern und am Bauchlatz. Hund kühlt komplett aus.
Zudem: Teilweise ist Ware nach sieben Wochen noch nicht geschickt!
Nach sieben Wochen und 60 Mails wurde uns Ersatz versprochen. Zwei Fake Paketnummern wurden uns übermittelt. Nur dazu gibt es laut Logistikunternehmen keine Pakete.
Absolute Abzocke, Hinhalterei.
Aber wir sollen schon mal die beanstandete Ware zurücksenden. Heißt, Paikka will alles zurück, schickt keinen Ersatz und aufs Geld kann man dann warten bzw dieses abschreiben. So eine üble Betrugsmasche.
Wenn die jeden Tag 100 Kunden a 100 Euro abzocken, hat man in einem Monat auch viel verdient. Bei uns sind es über 400 Euro!
Wir sind jetzt den juristischen Weg gegangen und haben Anzeige wegen Betrug gestellt.
Krass, wie hier Kunden angelogen und betrogen werden.

Ordered a raincoat the size gide was not right so need to return. Return rejected. Not worn, tag on it. Besides that got a store credit but can’t buy an item in sale, every item om site is in sale. So now i lost €120 and customer service you can’t reach! Terrible!

I returned an item related to order #62888, and the package was delivered on January 27th.
As of today (February 12th), I have not received the refund nor any clear update regarding the status of the return process. At this point, I am without the returned merchandise and without the corresponding refund.
I understand that returns may require processing time; however, more than two weeks after confirmed delivery seems excessive without any concrete communication.
I have contacted customer service and am currently awaiting a response.
I will gladly update this review if the issue is resolved promptly.
UPDATE: The issue has now been resolved and the refund (€152.60) was processed and received on March 1st. However, this happened more than 40 days after the returned package had been delivered. I appreciate that the refund was eventually completed, although the processing time was significantly longer than expected.

Ho effettuato un reso relativo all’ordine #62888 e il pacco risulta consegnato il 27 gennaio.
Ad oggi (12 febbraio) non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso né aggiornamenti concreti sullo stato della pratica. Questo significa che attualmente mi trovo senza la merce restituita e senza il relativo rimborso.
Comprendo che possano esserci tempistiche tecniche per la gestione dei resi, ma ritengo che oltre due settimane dalla consegna siano un periodo più che sufficiente per fornire almeno un aggiornamento chiaro.
Ho già contattato l’assistenza e resto in attesa di riscontro.
Sarò lieta di aggiornare questa recensione qualora la situazione venga risolta in tempi rapidi.
AGGIORNAMENTO: La situazione è stata poi risolta e il rimborso (€152,60) è stato elaborato e ricevuto il 1° marzo. Tuttavia questo è avvenuto dopo oltre 40 giorni dalla consegna del reso. Apprezzo che il rimborso sia stato infine effettuato, anche se le tempistiche sono state decisamente più lunghe del previsto.
Seit 3 Wochen warten auf Rückerstattung, keine Antwort von Kundenservice
Ich habe im Dezember einen Mantel bei Paikka bestellt und mich auf den Größenberater verlassen. Die Ware kam innerhalb von 2 Tagen an. Bereits beim Auspacken sah ich dass der Mantel viel zu groß ist und packte ihn sofort wieder ein und beantragte die Retoure. Die automatische Mail sagte dass die Rückmeldung länger dauert. Nach ein paar Tagen fragte ich nochmal nach, dann wurde die Rücksendung genehmigt uns am 03.01. zur Post gebracht. Paikka arbeitet mit einem relativ unseriösen/kleinen Lager in Deutschland zusammen, welches ich mit Hilfe von DHL ausfindig machen konnte, da ich mir die Rücksendeadresse nicht aufgeschrieben hatte sondern nur die Trackingnummer hatte. DHL bestätigte mir den Eingang der Retoure beim Lager am 05.01. Ich warte seither auf die Rückerstattung durch Paikka, ich habe bereits mehrmals versucht über Email Kontakt aufzunehmen (auch wegen Umtausch in kleinere Größe), aber ausser automatische Mails, die um Geduld bitten, erhält man keine Antwort. Auf meine letzte Mail kam nicht mal mehr eine automatische Antwort. Ich bin gespannt ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Werde einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnen wenn ich nächste Woche keine Antwort erhalte.

Die Retour wurde beantragt und gestattet und seid dem tut sich nichts mehr. Auf Mails erfolgt keine Antwort.
Laut DHL ist die Retour eingegangen, aber Paikka.pet meldet sich nicht. Für den Preis ist das Verhalten eine Frechheit!

Jeg har tidligere bestilt hos Paikka, og der har ikke været problemer. Men nu har jeg bestilt i starten af januar, pengene er trukket på min konto, men ordren er ikke sendt og der er ingen respons, når man forsøger at komme i kontakt med deres kundeservice. Det er meget bekymrende!

I got the human raincoats in camo and yellow and the X small fits like a ladies large and the small fits like a ladies extra large. I love mine and it’s waterproof and wind proof. I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely buy again!

1 étoile car impossible d’en mettre 0. Le produit a été renvoyé le 04/12/2025 dans les délais et process exigés par la société. Malgré plusieurs tentatives de relance par mail du remboursement des sommes engagées (on parle de plus de 100€ tout de même), je ne dispose toujours pas de ce dernier en date du 03/01/2026, soit 1 mois après la date de renvoi du produit. Cette société exerce en parfaite connaissance de la violation des droits du consommateur et hors des délais légaux. Et je ne parle pas des « frais de douanes » de plus de 25€ qui sont appliqués au client et pas pris à la charge du vendeur, histoire de bien dissuader le consommateur de renvoyer le produit. À fuir !!!!!

Mit dem hochpreisigen Hundewintermantel von Paikka habe ich eine ganz schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Der Mantel riss schon beim zweiten Spaziergang. Mir erscheint das Material überhaupt nicht hochwertig. Unseren zweiten Hundemantel von einer anderen Marke verwenden wir schon die vierte Saison und er sieht noch immer tadellos aus, außerdem kostete dieser weniger als die Hälfte des Paikka Mantels. Als Lösung bot mir Paikka nur Prozente für den nächsten Kauf an. Aus welchem Grund sollte ich dort noch einmal einkaufen?!

Jeg har fulgt Paikka længe på Facebook og valgte at købe et regndækken her den anden dag, da jeg så læste anmeldelserne blev jeg bekymret for om jeg overhovedet ville modtage mine vare eller hvad kvaliteten ville være.
Jeg har her til morgen modtaget dækkenet og materialet er i fantastisk kvalitet, nu skal jeg bare teste hvor reflekterende jakken egentlig er.

My colleague and I each placed an order with Paikka last week. The jackets didn’t fit our dogs, so we requested a return. My colleague immediately received a different size sent to her, without any additional shipping costs. I, however, have to place a new order for the correct size and pay the shipping costs. It’s a pity that they offer different service to different customers.
