Ordered a size 11 shoes to relieve my plantar pain in my heel. They sent a size 11 but it was more like a size 9/10 so I returned the shoes to an address in Albuquerque America at a cost of £28.00 for it to be tracked. After two months of requesting a refund from Pain Free, I checked the tracking of the returned goods. Five times the mail company attempted to deliver without success.
I have again written to Pain Free UK but am still waiting for a refund. Recommend you stay well clear of this company. The shoes were made in China, where else!!

Ordered two pillows via a special offer which offered two replacement covers free with every two purchased. The replacement covers were not received and I have now made 12 separate attempts to contact the company to request that they be sent, receiving initially a promise to investigate and then nothing.
I would not recommend this company who have shown themselves to be unreliable and disinterested in resolving problems. If it were possible, I would give them no stars!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I agree with the other reviews. It's a scam, the shoes are not as advertised, they are not wide fit or good quality, they are cheap and narrow. I also have been trying to get the return address and so far, after a week of asking, still have not got it. This company does appear to be UK based, backed by medical advice but don't be fooled. They are not any of those things. Please don't waste your money it is a scam.

Their domain name "Pain Free Life UK" misleads one into thinking they are a UK company. The shoes ordered were UK 9 they were 2 cm shorter than my size 9. On asking for the returns address I was astonished to read that it was New York USA. They refused to refund the postage and as it is so expensive I have made a costly mistake. Do not deal with them if you are in the UK

I bought a pair of shoes on their website as they presented such a good advert with doctors, advisers others singing the praises of their quality products . When they arrived they were of very low quality in my opinion and were far too small. When I enquired about returns ,it opened a can of worms ,firstly return them to the USA ,me paying ,answer a form with loads of questions . Almost impossible to do.
when I asked my Bank for advice Painfree immediately started court proceedings against me .
Please,please dont be fooled by this company ,they are awful,their products not as described .
My advice is DO NOT BUY . BUYER BEWARE
