Was so annoyed to find out it was a Chinese company after ordering. Looks legit with a UK number and email but don't be fooled. I ordered a paint by numbers set on 21st December and it has still not arrived. No tracking info or confirmation email. DO NOT USE

I have been lied to continuously.And it is not a uk site like advertised. The image I received is a poor quality. They changed my grey taby cat into a solid black cat. I tried to get in contact with them. They told me the image I received is of high standard and sent a photo of what they had apparently sent which is completely different to what I received.

DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM IT SAYS THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT DELIVERING

This is not a UK legit company.
Placed an order no confirmation, waited a month, no delivery, company email address bouncing back all emails as undeliverable, contacted them using telephone number on website which was not a real number. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

Products clearly not coming from the UK even though the .uk website and +44 phone number give the impression that it is. Ordered this for a Christmas present on 6 December and it didn't arrive until 29 December. Didn't receive a tracking number for a couple of weeks which led me to a courier firm in China, it wasn't until a week or so later that this pointed to a Royal Mail tracking number, but still too late for Christmas. Sent a query, wasn't answered. The only saving grace was that I did receive a paint by numbers set, but do not use this company. The service is bad, the delivery takes weeks, not good enough.

Chinese company masquerading as a UK one. Wish I checked before ordering. No tracking information provided; took over three weeks to arrive. No idea if the painting or paints are any good or even if it’s the one that I bought because it arrived too late to be a gift as intended. Very poor.

Do not use them. Scam . Lost my money.

Pleasantly surprised. After I ordered I saw these reviews and was not expecting much. First I emailed them to cancel, non-deliverable. A few days later they emailed my order was shipping. I realized at this point they were coming from china and watched the tracking every day. Although it was slow I received my kits. Once I opened them I was very happy. Professionally done, they were everything I had hoped for.

Moral of the story, despite all the other posted negatives I had a very positive experience.

I do not know this company, I’m not paid by anyone and this is a real review.

nothing has arrived over 4 weeks now . i too should of read the reviews. cannot contact the company and although its masquarading as a uk company it is not . how can i get this company banned .???? as trading standards cant seem to do anything or want to . wanted to cancel order but impossible to get through . DO NOT USE

Didn't check the reviews for this company as my partner was sure it was where she had bought my favorite portrait from.

Only after ordering I noticed there was a previous order from 2023 that never arrived which I appreciate I can't dispute now.

Ordered a personalised pbn on the 4th June. Since I have had repeated emails asking me to confirm my review. You cannot reply to the emails, you cannot call the number. I went direct to the contact me section on their site, they replied the first time then went back to sending me the same email over and over.

I want my £45 back!!! 🤬🤬🤬

The website glitched and placed an order twice. I’ve tried to call the company and also email them. The number provided doesn’t even ring and all of my emails have bounced back to my inbox as undeliverable. Seems like a massive scam company to me. Will be furious if I don’t receive any correspondence/ a refund for the duplicate order made.

Do not use them.
I recently placed an order with a company, but unfortunately, it did not arrive. The phone and email address provided by the company are not working. I am not sure how to get refund . Looks like scam.

Delivered the wrong canvas and there is no response to the support message. Phone number and email do not connect. Will be applying to the credit card for a refund.

Scammers, be aware!! Bought a paint by numbers on 6th of November, they sent wrong colour paint and the paint itself was poor detailing.
They’ve ghosted me for weeks and now they don’t want to refund.
Awful customer service and once you paid them, this is it. Bye bye!!

Order received in a jiffy bag canvas rolled up with an elastic band with paints shoved down the side in a plastic bag. Despatched from China despite UK email address. Had I known I would not have ordered.

It is a company from China which is not stated anywhere on the website

I bought a painting to do for a gift and some of the numbers are not printed on the canvas so I contacted them and asked for them to send me a blue print as it is of a persons face and quite a noticeable part missing so cannot do guess work they said they would send me it that was 3 days ago and I still haven’t had anything

Paint by numbers website was easy to navigate, has many great products and an easy online ordering system. Delivery was very quick. Well done Paintbynumbers.uk

I wouldn't recommend purchasing one of these paintings if you are expecting the final image to be a good representation of the original. It could be a lot of work and effort to find yourself quite disappointed!
