Always very happy with my purchases, really enjoyable painting them and seeing the finale result, I have many hung around our house as they are very addictive 😀

Ordered June 23rd, still have not received anything. One item has been in the same location for over 5 days. No help from customer non-service. This location is about an hour from me.
2 other items just shipped a couple days ago. This in not acceptable and I probably will not order from Paintly again.
Also, the two items that just shipped are paint by number. I thought the order was for diamond art as I have zero interest in paint by number. Again, no help from Paintly on that issue.
Would you order anything from a company after this type of experience?

Quality paints, smooth & creamy & with great coverage. Canvas is high quality as well, very legible & tons of detail. Well worth the price. My “go to” for great kits!

The painting was easy to follow and great quality canvas and paints. The only issue was that the picture posted when purchasing showed it more of the colors white and gold and the actual picture was more white, grey, gold and browns. But still looks amazing when competed.

Kit was packed well, canvas was rolled with no creases and of good quality, paints were easy to use.
Delivery was quick and I am enjoying the painting experience.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and haven't even shipped.

The customer service is wonderful! I was feeling frustrated about the tracking information not displaying and the package being delayed. My agent, Adam was very kind and assuring of the process. He sympathized and remained very professional with his follow ups. I will purchase more items from this company because of his excellent standard of service. Thank you!

The picture is Devine, the paints were great quality, I just love it! It came promptly, so very happy all round! Would suggest that you use a magnifier headset for the 80 colour pics as they have really small sections.

Ordered a painting on 10th June which said 10 working days for delivery which should have been mid last week, the tracking hasn't been updated for 6 days either. I have had communication with Adam and he has tried to help me locate it the past few weeks but can only tell me what the tracking says. I am disappointed as I am on annual leave this week and was really looking forward to doing this whilst I'm not so busy and ordered it in plenty of time to do this now. Not even sure it is actually coming either, Adam hasn't replied to my latest email. Worried it might be a scam

Great canvases, perfect paints, highly recommend!

Canvas was in bad condition.

The paints slide on easily and cover in one coat.

I still have not received my order and I ordered it almost 1 month ago. That would be fine if the communication regarding shipping was good. I had to reach out a few times asking if it shipped yet.

Really good paints - the best I’ve had from any company so far.

I was very skeptical about the quality because I have come across some diamond paintings of really awful quality. I was so surprised and happy with the quality!!!! They also ship fast. Looking forward to buying more!!!

Fantastic kit loved doing this
