Way quick to grab payment though.

Not Worth It
Ordered two pairs of pajamas for my wife as a Christmas present on November 28th. After several weeks, my order still shows that it's being processed. Two calls to customer service that revealed the company isn't answering customer service calls. Emails submitted to the customer service email are not answered.
The whole point of ordering was for a Christmas present. I had to go to a brick and mortar store to make sure my wife had a gift.
I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed and want a complete refund.
I will never order from this company again, and will advise others to avoid Pajamagram as well.
Private Equity tanked this company
Pajamagram used to be our go to for holiday matching PJ’s. You could get them embroidered, they’d come in a nice bag, and the quality was great. This year our order was missing two of the pajamas, the material and fit is terrible and the worst part is that nobody answers the customer service phone number or email. I couldn’t figure out what possibly had changed and then researched to see if the company changed ownership. Lo and behold it did. Vermont Teddy Bear sold off Pajamagram in April 2024 to a private equity company. I expect, based on this year’s experience for many people, that this company will be closed shortly. Sad that small businesses sell only to be run into the ground.

Same as everyone else - ordered, paid, and no product ever arrived, and zero communication. Truly a horrendous company that just feels like a scam. I don’t think there is coming back from this. Just scammers
Christmas order a no-show
We ordered 12 sets of matching pajamas for our family for Christmas morning. We ordered the pajamas on December one expecting them to be here in the allotted time suggested on the website. Today is December 24 and the pajamas are a no-show. We just received a note from Pajamagtam that our money is being refunded. No explanation, no apology no nothing! This is an important part of our family tradition that is now gone for this year. I will rush out to Walmart and see what I can put together.
Have fallen flat on their faces, never again
I was ready to rake PG over the coals then I saw I am not alone. We've ordered pjs from them for years, great service, fantastic quality. NOT this year. I ordered on December 10, obviously for Christmas gift, got order confirmation; they immediately charged our credit card. It's December 24. I emailed enquiring after 2 weeks had passed. Their reply was they'd get back to me; has not happened. No communication for 14 days now and the pajamas are not yet shipped. If they had told me they would take this long, I'd have had the order shipped to my out of state granddaughter for when she got back home, she is here now expecting her Christmas gift. I printed a picture and wrapped it up. I'll have to pay more in addition to their outrageous $10 shipping charge to send them to her if I get them. Is that sad? Don't cross me or I cross you off my list of businesses to do business with.

I have purchased from them before. This time my cell had the wrong shipping address list as the default shipping address. I opened a ticket with them immediately. I also called 1 (888) 518-2327. This is supposed to be the customer service phone number. Call it, it says no one is available and hangs up.
After waiting a few days for the email response, they told me the package had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. They even asked me if I could change the shipping while it was in route. They shipped it!!
I know it was on me. But, help a customer out!
My bank will be disputing this charge. I guess my wife is out a Christmas present.
Poor customer support
Ordered pajamas for the entire family Dec 2nd. Haven’t received anything from them as of Dec 23. No one answers their phone line. A recording says there is no live agent to take the call. I filed a form on their site requesting some info regarding my order. Next day I received an automated response that they received my request and will respond in the order received. It’s been 6 days and no response yet. Not the kind of customer support I was hoping for. Even an email telling me that they are overwhelmed with orders would have been nice. At this point I don’t know if they are a scam company or not.

Still waiting for the PJs that were ordered on Black Friday. Ordered from them for years w/o a problem. Customer service is nonexistent. Apparently company was sold which explains a lot.
Don’t buy from this Company
As with all the other reviews - still haven’t received Christmas PJs that were ordered in November!! Tried to contact them through their contact form and received no response, tried calling but only got a recording saying no live representative available. Not sure I’ve ever had such dreadful service from a company. Will definitely never buy from them again and have filed a claim through PayPal so will hopefully get my money back.

Same experience as everyone else , bad, bad, bad, bad. the communication is horrible. I ordered before Thanksgiving to be sure gifts were received in time for Christmas. 4 weeks later, no one can give me even an estimate of when they expect my order to ship. Emails take 4-5 days to respond to, if I can get a response. Its sad, as i have PJ from this company that I love , sadly will never order again.

So I decided to give PjGram a go this year. I placed my order for our Christmas jams on December 2nd. As of today I've received 3 notifications that my package was delivered in my mailbox. The first time I actually went and combed my neighborhood knocking on doors asking if a package for me had made it to their box by accident. With no luck, I reached out to customer service (which is a tad of a filthy process). I received fairly prompt responses and an apology for the mix-up. I was told even though they hadn't shipped that they should shortly and I'd definitely have them before Christmas. Fast forward through two more mishaps and still no pajamas.... Now they're saying the 28th. What a bummer. Christmas pajamas AFTER Christmas just aren't the same. I absolutely dislike leaving poor reviews. But hey, when they've earned one, they've really earned one.

I feel like a fool. Had I read these reviews prior to my order I would have purchased something different. Of course this was my wifes Christmas gift. No reponse to emails accept dont email again you only delay our response and they never answer the phone. Automatic message that say call back the next bsuiness day, every business day....

Placed and order on Dec 3rd. No word as of Dec 20 of status or shipping. Phone number gives auto msg each time that no one is available. Repeated attempts to reach them thru their online inquiry have been met with silence ! Have always ordered in past years with no problem. Never, never again! If the order comes after Christmas I will not accept it. Disgraceful !!!

I am absolutely furious. Like others I ordered in November, my credit card was charged immediately. I expected the pajamas in "5 - 7 Business Days", did not get them. Tried to call Customer Service, which never has a live representative available, then emailed my concern twice through the website link, and got autobot responses saying they had received my inquiry and it would be taken care of. Then received emails saying the company was behind on orders and I had the option of waiting or cancelling my orders. I responded immediately that I was cancelling the order, thinking that would resolve things and I would get a refund. I then bought pajamas elsewhere. Yesterday I received the original order in the mail with no packing slips, no information about returns etc. The ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER NEVER SHOP HERE!

0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, sent the wrong item, then I couldn’t return or exchange for the product I originally ordered because apparently there was a price chance even though they sent the wrong item. Terrible. Also lied and said they resent my pjs but they didn’t
