decent pj's but aweful customer service and policies
I like the pajamas, though the sizes are incredibly incorrect. For the children's sizes, they run really small. I have my 5 year old who is generally in a size 6 wearing a size 8 in the pj's. I ordered an XL for myself and they are very oversized...
I was going to exchange them for larger sizes but one size was out of stock.
They told me I could pick out another set for exchange, but I ordered matching for a reason, and no others match anywhere near what the ones I ordered look like.
I was going to exchange one of the sizes and the rep told me to place my order so that I get it before Christmas and then do the exchange and I would get refunded for the two I wanted to send back.
Well it's $7.99 for shipping on the one I wanted to purchase since that order won't be over $160. (my orignal order was about $185) And then in reading the return policy, they charge $9.99 upon receipt of the return and deduct that from your refund!
Total croc of crap. I will just continue to order from other sources (Children's Place has great ones, or Target) for Christmas pj's. This is just bad business for how much they are charging for the pj's in the first place. I will just resell the pj's and get my money back.
This will be a mixed review
This will be a mixed review. The quality and the delivery times were perfect . However that being said I ordered the pajamas in a deluxe gift box and unless you count the packing box there was no gift box, no note either. I called customer service (twice). i explained that due to the lack of the gift box my wife opened the shipping package and found her gift in plastic wrap ruining the surprise. I told them if they wanted to keep me as a customer they could reimburse the 27.99 shipping cost. They tried to give me a store discount to which I replied Why would i spend more money with you to get a discount when you still haven't rectified this problem? The call got disconnected. I called again and got a different assistant they said all they could do was reimburse me the cost of the gift box and give me store credit of 10.00. They had some lame excuse about new people but that is there problem not mine. None of the options were satisfactory. I won't be purchasing anything more from there even though they have good products. It's a shame they aren't interested in keeping customers.

Everything was very disappointing. No product was delivered. Nevertheless, they stated it as delivered. No money refund, even they stated that they refund. This company is a fraud company.

customer service is pathetic, called same day to change color they said no, also ads on radio said comes gift wrapped and it came in clear bag never buying again returned all items and way overpriced and they do not care about complaints absolutely pathetic especially at Christmas
Very disappointed in this product
Very disappointed in this product. When you hear the radio add it states your purchase is guaranteed Christmas delivery, but they don't tell you it will cost more for shipping than the actual product, plus it says free gift wrapping of your purchase, mine came in a plastic bag, won't use this company again, overpriced.
DECEPTIVE, MISLEADING PROMO MARKETING
Company's promotions are misleading and misrepresenting! Customer Service is unfriendly! I ordered the PJ for my friends who live a great distance away. Once I realized how much PJG charged my bank account, I was surprised to say the least! When I contacted CS the rep was short, "snappy" and disrespectful to me and said i could return the item that I should not have been charged for. I told her it was gift that was delivered to friends. After hanging up and KNOWING I have read the promotional correctly, I searched the internet for a copy of the promotional. I called CS again with the ad in front of me and it CLEARLY read as I understood and explained. The second rep said but there was "fine print"...the old "fine print" marketing tactic. Of course. They KNOW it was deceptive. Shame on them! I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
The worst and cheapest quality pajamas
The worst and cheapest quality pajamas. Pure junk. and definitely not worth the price they ask for after learning of the cost. Given to me as a gift. I told them to get their money back.

I ordered pajamas for my wife with guaranteed arrival by Valentine's Day. I got an order# and a "Thank you for your order", along with the amount charged to my card. Valentine's Day was yesterday and no pajamas. I called today and pressed 3 for customer service. I held for a while, then was transferred to a voicemail that was not set up. I called back and pressed 1 for sales and explained what had happened. The young lady said that she could not help me and said she would transfer me to customer service. I was disconnected. I called a third time and was able to reach someone in customer service. I inquired about my order and she put me on hold to check on it. She came back on the line and informed me that my payment did not go through. After calling the credit card company and verifying that the charge was not denied, but was pending, waiting on Pajamagram.com to process the payment. I called them for a 4th time. I explained my situation again and was asked to hold, so she could look into it. She finally came back on the line and basically said the same as the previous person. She said that there is a "charge pending" on my card, but the payment did not process, because the order did not ship and that it would come off of the card after a few days. At this point, I gave up. This still does not explain why they did not just ship, nor complete the transaction. According to both of them, my payment did not go through and that was the problem. I received no notice that my payment did not go through, so I had no idea there was some sort of problem, or I would have provided a different card. This also makes no sense, as there is still a charge pending on my card. This almost feels like a scam! So much for "guaranteed delivery by V-Day". Now I look like a heel for not getting my wife anything and no one at Pajamagram.com offered me anything to try and make it up to me. I recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
Not Happy.
I have been given PajamaGram gifts for a few years now. The first gift was awful, not to my taste at all, so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived, but there was a discrepancy. I was owed over $40 in credit and I didn't receive it.
A few weeks ago, I was given the exact same gift again, and again I returned it and I ordered a replacement. Now, they received my return well over two weeks ago and I haven't heard a peep from them. They have really bad customer service. I cannot understand how large companies are allowed to get away with stuff like this. It's just really bad for business. They can do better.
Customer Service Needs training
This review is based off my call today and I will update it if I receive my product. I placed my order November 26th and was wondering why I had not received it. I also sent an email checking status on my order with no response.When I called this morning I was hung up on twice and finally the 3rd time I got someone to answer. She then informed me I sent an email cancelling my order. I said, no I sent an email inquiring my order. She said well, I don't know you did that but on our end the order was cancelled. I said, why in the world would I cancel the order and then call you to question where it is at. She said, I don't know. I said, could it possible for your rep to have made a mistake. She said, yes. I then asked her if I placed my order today will I get it by Christmas. She said, we cannot guarantee that. I said, you can pay for the expedited shipping. She said her manager said no. I asked to speak to him. Alan takes my call and said it is only $8. I said, then why would you not pay it? He said for me to order online. I was floored. I run a multi million dollar marketing company and I would never allow my reps to treat a client in this manner. He did not offer a solution other than place your order again.Not even an offer to split the shipping cost with me I hope the product is better than the service I received this morning.
What an awful company
What an awful company. Talk about frustrating customer service. We placed over $1400 in charges for a family photo shoot. The last set of pajamas never made it. I contacted customer service to check the status and the agent scoffed at me saying that I never placed the order (when I have an email confirmation and a screen shot of the purchase).
When I asked to speak to a manager, he kept saying I should contact my bank. The problem is not with the bank - that is fine if for some reason there was a glitch with the system, and it did not process - the problem is you need to notify your customers that it did not go through! How awful. How am I supposed to know that the order did not go through if I do not get an email from you stating that? His response was to speak to the bank. You are an idiot. The card does not have a limit - the bank is not relevant. The problem is that you need to notify your clients if an order does not go through correctly in your system. You should not be blaming them "for not processing the order correctly," when your system dispatched an order confirmation saying that the order was on the way. How am we supposed to know if there is an issue if you do not notify us? You continued to keep repeating to contact the bank, but how would I have known to even contact the bank if I did not know that there was an error with the order.
You need to listen to your clients. I am not disputing if there was an error, I was simply just trying to resolve it to get the order out.

I love my pajamas from pajama gram. They are the best. So soft and comfortable. They fit beautifully and something is that comfortable, I sleep better. I have 5 pairs.

order was three weeks late even after they were supposed to overnight a replacement it was a mother's day gift came end of may contacted company who gave about a third of what I paid (which was ridiculous to begin with ) as a refund. True customer service when you screw up a gift is immediately replace item AND give full refund. will never use this site again. NOR will I use Vermont Teddy Bear because it's the same company.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent in an exchange over 1 month ago and I have yet to receive my product. Every email I send the customer service just comes back and says "I haven't seen it processed yet". Worst customer service experience!!!

Don't buy from this company. Horrible product. Horrible service. The reviews for this company are awful. I wish that I had read them before I ordered. I ordered Blue Tie Sleeve Jogger PJ. It was high priced and had a very high shipping charge. I was willing to pay it because I heard all the marketing ad hype that claimed PJGram was such high quality. The PJ's arrived as promised, but, it was a horrible product. I ordered medium for my 5'7" 125 lb wife. She always takes medium. The PJ set was way too big. It looks awful. It is unwearable. I am 6'4" 235 lbs and I fit into the set. Yes! I tried them on just to see! Quality of sewing and fabric is just average. Nothing special in quality or softness. I've gotten far better PJ's for my wife from Amazon and with free shipping, and THEY FIT. When I called PJGram customer service they said they have no record of such problems, but, upon reading reviews there are many such problems. They said that they will refund the high price for the product minus the shipping charge to return. YES! I must pay to return the poor product that they sent to me. Also, they will not refund the high priced shipping that I paid to have the poor product sent to me. Amazon shipping is free and just as fast. Customer service ended my call by hanging up on me because I wanted all my money back. They must make their money by overcharging for shipping because they can't be making money on all of the returned poor product. I will never buy from this company again and I will tell all my friends about it so they don't ever try this company. Believe all the bad reviews about PajamaGram. They are true. DON'T EVER BUY FROM PAJAMAGRAM!!!

For me customer service is everything. Bought a set of pajamagram for Black Friday back in Nov/2020. Received item Dec 2nd, did not fit my daughter and did not fit my dog, returned it on Dec 7th with their return label. Return label shows they received package on Dec 15. It is now Jan 28/2021 still no refund. I have sent several emails-3, I have made several phone calls 5, and get different stories as to why still no refund. Where is my $130.00 credit? I don’t care if people say they are soft and comfy PJ’s. If I return something I expect a credit. Very disappointed, will never buy from them again.

Received as a gift from my dad on Christmas. NOT as soft as they claimed to be and the fit wasn't great. They shrank immediately upon the first wash. Do not buy these!
Very overpriced
Very overpriced. Average quality. Unreasonable shipping charges. Ordered a pair of pajamas for my wife for Christmas plus slippers and a personalized bag. Pajamas way too big, slippers too small. Ended up costing me $25 in freight to learn lesson. Never again.
