Company went all the way to get it delivered same day even though the order was placed late. Also the biker made sure to deliver even in rainy weather. Only thing to mention is the flowers, which got destroyed due to rainy weather.

Scammers cheap low quality local products theu charge 6 times the original price . Theu didnt deliver the order at the address asked someone to come 8 Km away. I should have just sent them the money and the relatives would have got better things with that money

To maintain the highest quality and ensure our flowers, cakes, and perishable items arrive in perfect condition, our delivery coverage is strictly limited to main city limits rather than outskirts or villages, where longer travel times risk product freshness. When an address falls outside our primary coverage area, our standard policy is to contact the recipient and offer them the option to collect the package from a central location in the city. If the recipient declines, we immediately cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.
In your case, because the delivery destination was located well outside the city, our team reached out and the recipient agreed to meet at a mutually convenient midpoint to collect the gift.
