Living Room table

The product I ordered was a living room table of great quality. Although there were some obstacles regarding the assembly of it, the support team of Parkobazaar helped me get past them. Their understanding and need to help a customer are benefits that will definitely make me prefer them again in the future.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service!! There was an issue with the courier company but the outstanding support from staff solved the problem.. customer service is vital to me and this company has gone above to sort out the problem!! Item received!!

Η παπουτσοθηκη που είχα παραγγείλει αρχικά έλεγε εύκολη συναρμολόγηση και αποτελούνταν από πάρα πολλές βίδες με αρκετά ελλιπείς οδηγίες. Επίσης η χωρητικότητα της ήταν μικρότερη σε σχέση με αυτή που έλεγε στο site. Στην τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη παρόλαυτα οι κυρίες ήταν ευγενέστατες και εξυπηρετικοτατες και η εμφάνιση είναι η ίδια με τη φωτογραφία.

Received the package very quick and in good order. The product itself however was below expectations.

My order went back within a day it arrived at the parcel center without warning! Inadmissible!

Είχα ένα θέμα με το στρώμα ( Μου επέστρεψε τα μισά χρήματα γιατί το στρώμα το ειχα πετάξει και δεν μπορούσα τα το στείλω πίσω για πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων)

Το προϊόν αν και είχε ένα μικρό θέμα( από τον κατασκευαστή, όχι από την εταιρία) μίλησα με την εταιρία και αμέσως ανταποκρίθηκε , με πολλές διαφορετικές λύσεις, για να διαλέξω την κατάλληλη. Όπως και έγινε!!! Το αντικατέστησαν κι όλα μια χαρά.

Two week delay for a ready a to ship in the shop ad. Wrong dimensions of product.

Πάρα πολύ καλό after sales department. Τα άτομα που δουλεύουν για αυτήν την εταιρεία είναι άκρως εξυπηρετικά και ευγενικά και προσπαθούν με κάθε τρόπο να λύσουν το πρόβλημα. Είχα παραλάβει ένα κρεββατάκι σκύλου που δεν ανταποκρινόταν σε αυτό που είχα δει στο site. Κατόπιν επικοινωνίας με την εταιρεία θα παραλάβουν το παλιό και ήδη έχει έρθει κάποιο άλλο που διάλεξα μέσα από το site. Oλα έγιναν πολύ γρήγορα. Το καινούργιο προϊόν είναι πολύ καλό και ανταποκρίνεται στις προσδοκίες μου.

ηρθε αμεσα η βιβλιοθηκη που ειχα παραγγειλει , ακριβως οπως ηταν στις φωτογραφιες , πολυ γερο ξυλο.
Θα παραγγειλω σιγουρα ξανα
