Problems Returning Product and Receiving Refund
I returned 3 out of 4 bags of the Organic Superfood Golden Milk since the one bag I opened and tried, I didn’t like the flavor. I simply could not drink 4 whole bags of it!
I received a label to return the 3 unopened bags and after packing up the product, attaching the provided return label you sent me, and taking to the post office, I still have NOT received a refund in my bank account.
I have called Paleovalley and I’m waiting for a return phone call. I sure hope to get this resolved, but after more than a month, it’s still not resolved. I’m very disappointed.

I really like their products and their customer service is just stellar… If your health matters to you and ingredients matter to you, this company is first rate and trustworthy. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. There are many opportunities to save money and shipping which I greatly appreciate!

My family loves the Paleo Valley…
My family loves the Paleo Valley protein powder. Many have heavy metals and other toxins and I appreciate the attention for a good, clean product. And it tastes delicious. I also get their organic coffee monthly. I just noticed my latest delivery is stuck in shipping. When I emailed, they were very receptive and solved the issue right away.

Paleo meat sticks are the only ones…
Paleo meat sticks are the only ones that does NOT cause stomach acidity and reflux. Very satisfying and delicious. I can eat one in the morning for a perfect protein to start my day. I would love to see prices a little more affordable. My family loves them too but I’m very possessive of them…lol

Scam prices
Although all of the beef & pork sticks were awesome, my problem was with ordering. Every ad @ the time I ordered said “ stock up” with this great deal of 30 sticks for $36! It still is running! Yet when I repeatedly ordered @ this great price my orders were cancelled & refunded & I was told it was a first time buyer one time deal. It is not & never has been stated as such. So this is False advertising!! And it should be stopped. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN because of this. If you can tell the plain truth in your ads, what else will you lie about? It’s not hard to just state first time buyers only & done.

No offense to Vegetarians, but I feel the body needs good wholesome meat and I'm thrilled to have found Paleovalley grass fed beef sticks. Ever since I found Paleovalley I only order my meat sticks from them. They only use natural ingredients that you pronounce and they taste wonderful.
