Jacket and trousers really nice, waist coat is massive. Had to mix with another

Great suits used them for years can’t go wrong

Returned a suit, tie , waist coat chain and clip
But wasn’t refunded the cost of the tie. I emailed on Thursday when I received the notification but still no reply to my email. I’ve also tried to phone but no one seems to answer.

The size was very small

Ive returned for a refund and will order bigger size.

But i need waist in trouser different than you offer and dont know how to order this way.

The suit did not look anything like it did in the picture and the material it’s self is clearly the cheapest stuff use could get

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The customer service was a next level, couldn't do enough to accommodate and helped get my suit in a short time frame for a wedding.
