Disappointing service. I arranged a return shipment (valued at over £500) through Palletbooking, but communication was challenging throughout, from booking, to collection, and especially delivery, which ultimately never happened.

After chasing for an update a week later (for what should have been a 24 hour shipment), I was informed that the consignment had been lost. While the team did assist in arranging an insurance claim, the reimbursement was around a third less than the item’s value.

Overall, a frustrating experience. I hope this is not typical of their service.

I have to say that this company is the best I’ve ever used… I arranged for an expensive machine to be taken from Aberdeen to Northamptonshire and it was carried out in a timely matter and delivered on time to me…

This was my first request for a small 93kgs pallet delivery service from Pallet Booking. From the online booking to the collection next-day to the delivery the day after, all went smoothly and as expected. I wasn't there to see off the collection, but I needn't have worried, all was smooth and uneventful regarding the collection, which is what should be happening! Pallet Booking have won my B2B pallet orders from now on. Of course the costs are very reasonable, next day upgrade is a no-brainer and all comms were really assuring regarding POD info, etc.. I felt they, logistics team, all worked , well as a team! Well done Pallet Booking! Me n customer very pleased!

Found this place, was the best price online i could find, checked their reviews and was happy they are a legitimate company and not a scam.

very easy to book the order online, paid and sent of the consignment paperwork to the place that they were collecting from. tracking was not updating and there was a 4pm time limit at the company that had my pallet. called customer service and they was very helpful and checked the status, confirmed it was collected and then that evening the tracking started to update.

Very easy to book and manage a collection / delivery, informed all the way via the link. Emailed when collection was made, emailed when delivery was due, and again when delivery was made. What more can you ask for, highly rated.

I paid £20 for a pick up time per the website instructions for a pallet collection. I thought I would have someone come at 0930, ended up being 1330. I received zero tracking and when I called to get my £20 back it was refused!

I ended the call because the company refused to refund £20 for an option on the pallet collection area of their website that allowed me to pick a time for collection when clearly it should not be an option. Obviously the £20 should be refunded since I already paid for a collection time window. How can they keep £20 that is not applicable to this delivery service. It is robbery!

To be honest I have tried to contact company numerous times, I have an awkward collection that is on a double pallet that needs strapping after loading, all I want is confirmation that they will do this. They haven't collected yet but so far customer service is terrible hopefully I may get a response on here. I found out if you message via whatsapp then you start to get a response, they have no knowledge of my entry on contact us pages or emails that i sent. but for now getting somewhere

Fast and drivers were helpful at both ends.
Only slight niggle was delivery date. Got the impression from booking website that it would take 7 days but it actually took 2 days!

1st time using this service and I found it to be first class, from start to finish, everything went to schedule, from pick up to delivery, the young lady who delivered to my house was very helpful and kind, can’t fault the service, would defo recommend

Great service and the customer services were very helpful in rectifying my mistake with the delivery address as gooogle autofill had changed the drop off to the opposite side of london.

Fairly reliable. Have lost our pallets on two occasions but both times has eventually turned up. Was the drivers fault for not labelling. They are quick to charge £24 for a failed collection but offer no compensation when things go wrong their end. I am still waiting for a call back actually re our missing pallet last week!
