These people are scammers and pretending to be an Australian company. I suspected this when I received the jumper and it had no label, only the size as- no Australian company would do that.
I paid $59.95 for a very cheap quality jumper. Two of the buttons had lose thread and falling off.
The size was completely different to their size chart. When I contacted them, they wanted photos and wasted a lot of time with back and forth emails.
Once they realised that I wasn’t going to give up on getting my money back, they sent me an offer of a $50 refund and I can keep the jumper. I declined this offer as I didn’t want them to have a cent.
As I paid through PayPal, I put in a report to them and they have already commenced an investigation.
Today I received another email from ‘Palm Beach Boutique’ dispute department offering me a $50% refund, which I have not accepted.
I wish I knew if there was a Government body we can report this company to.

The dress I received looks nothing like the pictures. It was poorly packaged. There is no lable... this is is a scam! They never answered my contact messages... I lost $80. BEWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company is extremely frustrating
When I asked to return an item that was too big, it took me many tries to get an answer. When I did,it was a $20-$40 charge because items were from China or they would send me a different size or item but I had to pay$19.99.

I ordered a jumper size S..very oversized and dreadful polyester fabric..nothing like it looks on web pages. Am trying to get information on returns for refund.my advise is stay away from this site.

Do not buy anything from Palm Beach Boutique they pretend to be an Australian company when they actually are a Chinese company they do not have an Australian ABN as I did a search. The clothing that was received was cheap & nasty. The good thing is they will accept returns but at your own cost which in this case equated to approx $50. Steer very clear of buying anything from these scammers

Absolute rubbish. Pretend to be Australian and get cheap junk from overseas. And I mean cheap. Thought I was getting a nice knitted jumper instead I got a cheap corduroy thing. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought.

Not getting any replies for my repeated requests for a return due to inaccurate sizing...

Do not buy from this company. They are not in Australia, you will pay FX fees and then if you want to return an item you have to pay international postage fees. The item I received was cheap and looked nothing like the photos, the quality was very inferior. The website is a complete sham, absolute waste of money.

I have just received my order of what appeared to be a knit top. What arrived was a polyester spandex exercise type top. Nothing at all like the image on line. This is a terrible misrepresentation of goods. Buyer beware.

This company is full of misinformation, misleading advertising and a complete lack of clarity in the location of the business, the quality of the product and their Returns Policy. They are an International company, though they try to make buyers believe they are local to Australia. Please do NOT buy from them. The products are cheap, inferior and not as advertised.

I recently purchased the Jade V-neck sweater from Palm BeachBoutique, expecting it to be shipped directly from the boutique. However after two weeks with no delivery updates and having to follow up the item arrived nearly three weeks later. I was disappointed to find no branding or labels of any kind on it and the quality was far below what I expected based on website presentation. It appeared to have been shipped directly from overseas rather than from the local boutique as implied. Overall the experience was misleading & unsatisfactory ,both in terms of delivery time & very poor product quality. I would not purchase from this store again. Margaret Williams. Ballarat.

Would prefer to give ZERO stars or minus stars. Appalling in every sense and disceiving as it looks Australian, unless one does a ridiculous amount of review researching. Makes one distrustful of anything online. So much time and energy wasted on poorly produced garments that look nothing like the website.
Take your money elsewhere!

ABSOLUTE rubbish. Same size one too big with arms far too long and oversized the other so tight i cant wear it.
Suppose to be quality , reduced . Temu would be better.
Advertise as a family owned Australian company but the invoice has overseas tax applied. Very poor quality. Please don't buy from this site.

Long time to receive item and wasn’t happy with the fabric

This site is an absolute sham. I received my two tops and I may as well have bought something from Temu. They were supposedly reduced to approximately $60, that being half price. The quality is not as advertised and the stitching on one top is shocking with a bunch up of material on the sleeve. Delivery was very slow. After finding the reviews on trust pilot, after ordering, I won’t bother contacting them as I am not paying $45 to return them.

Do not buy from this website. It doesn’t deliver what they advertise. The product is subpar, totally different to what is advertised. After letting them know of my disappointment in the jumper I received they responded saying the model wears a size bigger, lol. It’s a cheaper item delivered that what is ordered. I don’t even think they are based in Sydney as advertised. Don’t buy cheap items from a China.

‼️DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. IT’S DODGY . THEY SAY AUD BUT WANT YOU TO PAY IN USD. NO ORDER CONFIRMATION AND NO OROPER CONTACT DETAILS. I WAS FORTUNATE THAT PAYPAL DID A CHARGE BACK FOR ME.

Don't buy- I received my Jade sweater I ordered the cream colour - It is not a knit like in the picture- It is a cheap ribbed material. In fact, I bought 3 tops altogether and they are all of inferior material and quality they look nothing like shown online. See for yourself in photo that I have attached. I thought I was buying from a boutique in Australia- NO FROM CHINA. Cost me $152 for the three- Absolute rip off. Be so careful everybody. Scammers. Bigtime.

Stop...avoid....
Item arrived without tags in a cheap plastic bag. This didn't instil confidence. Item felt nice but sizing was clearly incorrect. It took a reminder email a week later to get a response.
Replacement was explained as such: "We’d like to gently explain that returning an order can unfortunately be quite costly. As outlined in our return policy, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is usually around AUD 45, as items need to be sent back to our international warehouse. Once returned, the item must be inspected to ensure it’s unused and in its original packaging, and the process can take some time...."
In other words we'll make it as difficult and frustrating as we can.

Avoid using this company

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered two jumpers one was ok but the other one was clearly the wrong size with a huge stain and pet hair on it. The company wants me to clean it….. they refuse to address the sizing
