Après avoir été contacté par les dirigeants de palm qui ont été au petit soin et vraiment a l'écoute concernant ma commande je me doit de réévalué mon évaluation , il ont été très professionnel et surtout a trouver toute solutions possible. La faute était au livreur et non a la boite PALM.
je recommande cette petite boutique de bijoux, ma bague est absolument comme sur leur site.

Leider hat der Versand durch die DHL irgendwo auf dem Weg nach Deutschland eine längere Verzögerung gehabt, woran Palm Jewelry keine Schuld hatte!

Exemplar customer services and high quality jewellery
Following initial disappointment over import tax payment. This issue was quickly resolved through exemplar customer service. I am now in receipt of some fantastic, original high quality jewellery.
The stacking ring is beautiful, well made and I am super pleased. Equally both bracelets ordered are of a similar high quality and again I’m super pleased with both bracelets that are stylish and well made.
