We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how frustrating this must have felt.

We’d like to reassure you that we have been responding to your emails and supporting you throughout. Your request for a QR code was received in the evening and a Royal Mail QR code was sent the following morning so you could return your item without needing a printer.

Regarding delivery, free shipping is available on orders over £120. The message you saw at checkout referred to the remaining amount needed to reach this threshold, which may have caused some confusion and we completely understand how this can be misread.

We’re always here to help and make things as smooth as possible, and we’ll continue to support you until everything is fully resolved.
