Since I found panda express in Davision…

DavisionSince I found panda express in Davision mi. I have been going every other day. potions are lg and its so AWSOME!!!! would love to see some cashew chicken or almond chicen sometime overall my favorite Ive ate for a month still not sick of it!!! GREAT FOOD and prices are way cheaper than mcdonalds or burger king any fast food.Davision mi is alot better than miller rd

Excellent corporate customer care

The corporate customer care is excellent! There was a mistake when I made a large catering order, and the points did not get credited to my account. By the time I had realized the error, it was a day past the deadline to add the points after the fact. I contacted corporate customer care, and they very graciously credited my account with the points. Thank you Panda Express!

What does this mean??

I said it was my 67th birthday to the waiter who was the only good worker at this place and went to tell the chef what i ordered. When the guy came with my food he gave me noodles with 67 candles and the guy screamed 67 in my ear and ruptured my eardrums!!! Writing this from the ER.

Panda Express has a receipt scheme…

Panda Express has a receipt scheme going. They will not provide a refund for an improperly prepared meal unless you have a receipt. Sounds, fair? Of course. Until you realize they're not handing out receipts when you pay. They're giving you grill slips with the order the kitchen should make, wrapped around your credit card. In this case I later learned they'd given me a grill slip to someone else's order. Sounds like a "slip" up, right? It isn't. This is deliberately being done, hence their "free food for no receipt policy."

Please make sure that you check your receipt and food before driving off. We ordered two entrees and got home only to discover that one of them had two large pieces of hair in the rice. We called the restaurant to alert them that we would be brining the food back the next day for a full refund only to discover we didn't have actual receipts. What we thought was a receipt was a grill slip.

To add insult to injury the woman on the phone KNEW that we didn't receive a receipt, but rather, a grill slip. She read off the exact items on the grill slip which was not the grill slip for our order. She never asked me what food I got. She immediately started reading off the orders on my grill slip which leads me to believe she 1. was the one who gave me the grill slip (I believe she was because she had a very distinctive voice and I recognized it from the restaurant visit) and/or 2. She perhaps did this intentionally. Which makes me wonder if she gave me dirty food on purpose. I only wonder if that is the case because she was very testy because we took a minute to look at the menu. They had us and one other car in front of us so I'm not sure what her rush was.

When I called about the food she first told me she'd refund the money. Then placed me on hold and told me I needed to contact their corporate office because we only had a grill slip which they gave us.

They have posted signs that you will get a free meal if they don't give you a receipt. Who wants a free meal from a place with hair in the food? Not I.

We're always in such a rush to get home or get to the next place. Consumer protection laws and these horrible fast food restaurants, like Panda Express, are not on the consumer's side. All they care about is getting your cash. Once they have it, you're on your own. Slow down long enough to check your receipt and more importantly take a good look at your food before leaving any of these restaurants.

We filed a chargeback on the food with the bank and received a refund but should not have had to do that.
Dirty dives like Panda Express who play receipt games are counting on you not checking. Please slow down and check your receipt and most importantly, your food. Above all, find a better establishment than Panda Express to pick up dinner or better yet cook at home if you can.

I got to Panda Express at 10:10 am on 03/30/2026 Monday and was going through the drive through a d they said they can help me inside because they are working on so no big deal so I go inside and they had nothing ready and it would be 15 to to 20 min wait so could they not have said that? I will not be back ever

Giving up on Panda Express

I used to be a loyal customer but every time I go to Panda Express lately, I've been disappointed. In my opinion, the food quality has taken a big nosedive -- the chicken often tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and the portions have definitely "shrunk" while the prices keep climbing. It’s frustrating paying full price for a bowl that’s half-full of soggy noodles. To me, the "orange" in the Orange Chicken is starting to taste more like straight sugar and less like actual food.

The service side of things isn't much better, based on what I’ve experienced and read. It feels like the staff is constantly overwhelmed. Good luck when it comes to getting your order right. I noticed a lot of people complaining about long waits and cold food, and in my experience, that’s becoming the norm rather than the exception. It bites because it feels like you’re paying more for way less. Not going back there any more.

Probably won’t visit any of your restaurants ever again

I had purchased 2 meals one of them being the grilled teriyaki chicken. The other meal was wrong too but that was fixed in the store. I did have to wait on the chicken and eventually I received the meals Togo. The young lady at the register was not friendly and needed some lessons on customer service. When I got home the supposed grilled teriyaki chicken looked not appetizing at all. I do have a photo of that the chicken looked like but I can’t where it in this site.

Food not tasting good

The last few times I have ordered from them, the food has tasted progressively worse. Especially anything that has beef in it. It is tough and rubbery.

Refused to serve sweet and sour over shrimp

I wanted sweet and sour shrimp. You do not have that on your menu. Whhoever heard of a Chinese Food place that does not have that on their menu? All you have to do is put shrimp in a dish and put sweet and sour sauce on it. I pointed that out to the waitress and she refused to do it. I wanted a chicken egg roll and they were out. I was exceptionally unhappy with this service. Why don't you have sweet and sour shrimp? And out of egg rolls? Unacceptable.

Uncooked chicken

Good evening. Around 2:50 pm arrive to your drive through ordering chicken teriyaki with noodles the girl said wait time for the chicken is 10 minutes I said I wait. We pick up the order drove to my daughter's place. To find out the chicken was uncooked I call gave my son-in-law names Dominic Pantuso to pick up new order as the person in the phone told us. I have arrive to the location to get the order again to find out that the second order the chicken still is uncooked. I have attached picture. Now you Panda Express is serving uncooked chicken to the public.This happened on January 28,2026

I used to love panda express

I used to love panda express. I will not be going back. I have had the wrong thing brought to me after having to wait 30 min. A month ago. The one by target off of 44.
2 weeks ago I pick e d up at the window off of campbell wrong order again.
Last work on Glenstone I ordered, lo mein and walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The lo mein filled the Styrofoam carrier with each entree put in the 2 VERY SMALL openings left in that carrier and it was 18.72. There of course only 2-3 bites if that in those pockets.
That was the last straw. Never again will I be ripped off like that. I will order from the restaurants before I pay for anything at panda express again. 3 different stores in a month.

I ordered a family meal for 5...the…

I ordered a family meal for 5...the fried rice was under cooked and tough. The teriyaki chicken looked (&tasted) boiled with no teriyaki flavor at all--was slimy, grey & fatty. Much of this was fed to my dogs. Won't be going back, as this seemed like overpriced "food". The staff were very nice, pleasant & professional though.

I find that manger’s at Deland store…

I find that manger’s at Deland store have great employees ,to make sure food is prepared right.They train to cook the right way .. great colors on food table.. very courteous..I eat at different panda’s and I find Deland Panda is consistent on food preparation and flavor..

Limited selection. Employee had a bad attitude.

Arrived at Panda Express in Provo, Utah, 1200 Towne Centre #2072, at 11:00 AM, 01/19/2026, no lights on. I asked what time they opened, male employee mumbled "now". Only half the selections had food. Employee stated, "half the heaters were broken and that's all they have, take it or leave it." Definitely won't be buying their food again.

12/27/2025 Maine mall restaurant. I went there and I got a small bowl of lo mein and orange chicken and a egg roll ( which was black ) as I went to go check out the two Asian ladies that were doing the checking out just stood there laughing at a table behind me or something else but I stood there for a minute with my debit card in my hand and they just ignored me so I just walked off and I didn't pay for my food but I also didn't get anything to eat which was the whole reason to go there I was hungry and they just stood there laughing and talking in they're language and didn't even check me out. Never again will I go to this place. The food is far from good anyways but to leave hungry and pissed is a big problem. I got so mad I just left the mall while my wife shops at torrid. The line seemed pretty fast till it got to me then it was time to laugh and ignore and make me uncomfortable to the point I walked off.

Ripping off the customr

The manager claimed that the company policy was to short change the customer by not filling the containers. My family at e ar Panda at least once a week. After the refusal to fill the containers, we are no longer going to eat at Panda.

Price high compared to other location

The price was higher than the one in Murfreesboro that I had about three weeks ago. The one I went to is the Springfield, Tennessee location that has just opened up. I resent the fact that there is a price difference also the portion given for the to go box on the bowl Was way way, way less than the portion that I received the day that I ate in the restaurant in Murfreesboro. I also resent that.

The food was very tasty. I ordered white sticky rice instead of fried rice and although it was good, it was also dry in places so it was inconsistent throughout some. Some of it was good and sticky and other areas of it were just dried out. The people were friendly. The service was quick All in all for the bowl and an order of crab Rangoon‘s and an order of vegetable rolls over $14 is too high to spend for the amount of food those in the bowl.
