I’ve been using Pando products and shopping there for three years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with them. The quality and models are amazing, and what makes it even more impressive is that I actually use this gear every single day (aprox. 15,000 km per season) - not just a few times for a photoshoot or a coffee ride, so my moto clothing gets a lot of use in every whether and situation.
As we all know, there are far fewer options when it comes to women’s motorcycle clothing, and Pando absolutely crushes it. They manage to combine proper safety with genuinely amazing styles, which is something that can be surprisingly difficult to find. And, most importantly, the clothes are actually designed for women’s bodies. They aren’t simply men’s garments made smaller and given a “women’s” color or a pink stripe. The fit and shape are made with actual women’s proportions in mind, and that makes a huge difference.

I’ve also had a few opportunities to contact customer support, mainly because of low stock and some product replacements. The staff have been absolutely amazing. They actually look for solutions, suggest alternatives, and genuinely try to help. Communication is also incredibly fast, which I really appreciate.

I will definitely keep buying from Pando, and I recommend this brand 100%.

I chose this company for my gear because I was finding so many good videos on social media platforms about them. Initially, I ordered the wrong size and pants and they were wonderful about helping me take measurements to make sure I got the right ones. They look great they fit great. I will be ordering more from this company because of the service they provided.10/10

La qualité des vêtements Pando Moto est indéniable, j'ai notamment acheté une veste en couche de base à 289€ qui semble très bien.

Cependant, je trouve regrettable que les frais de retour (20€) soient à la charge du client, y compris en cas d'échange de taille. Pour un article de ce prix (289€, tout de même), cela représente un coût non négligeable.

J'ai pourtant pris soin de suivre scrupuleusement le guide des mesures fourni par le site avant de passer commande, mais la veste s'est révélée trop grande une fois reçue. Ce n'est donc pas une erreur de ma part, et je me retrouve malgré tout à devoir payer pour corriger ce décalage entre les mensurations annoncées et la réalité du produit.

Le vrai problème survient si la nouvelle taille ne convient pas non plus : il faut alors payer une seconde fois ces frais pour le retour final, soit perdre 40€ au total pour un simple problème de taille.

Je pense que la marque gagnerait à revoir sa politique sur ce point, par exemple en offrant le premier échange gratuitement ou en réduisant les frais de moitié dans ce cas de figure. Cela rendrait l'expérience d'achat bien plus sereine, surtout sur des produits à ce niveau de prix.

J'attends maintenant de recevoir l'article d'échange en espérant que la taille sera la bonne cette fois, car même dans ce cas, cette veste m'aura coûté 309€ au total avec les frais de retour, ce qui augmente clairement le prix de base de l'article... et c'est vraiment dommage pour un problème qui ne venait pas de moi.

Absolutely love their customer-service. I got very quick answers regarding a warranty-case. I could choose the size in which I wanted my replacement (the old one had been a bit too big so I chose a size smaller) and didn't even need to send back the damaged item, photos were enough.
I was and am very happy with the gear and would definitely buy there again!

I purchased a nearly $400 garment directly from Pando Moto because I believed I was paying for premium quality and a product that would live up to its reputation. Unfortunately, I discovered fraying on one of the cuffs before I ever wore it. For a garment at this price point, it is extremely disappointing and unacceptable that it arrived with any defect at all. A premium-priced item, especially one marketed as protective motorcycle gear, should not have visible signs of wear or damage straight out of the package.

When I reached out to Pando Moto with photos, explained the situation, and asked if I could send the garment in so they could inspect it and determine the best resolution, I was told the fraying was considered normal wear. This was especially disappointing because it suggests that Pando Moto considers this type of wear acceptable within a very short period of time on a nearly $400 piece of safety equipment. That does not give me confidence that durability and safety are truly their priority.

Customers spending this much on protective gear should be able to expect a flawless product and a customer service experience that matches the price. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Pando Moto. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company to others based on the quality issue and how this situation was handled.

Qualité exceptionnelle pour la veste M65 que j'ai acheté. Bien coupée, stylée, efficace sous la pluie etc. 6 mois d'utilisation et j'adore!
Franchement il n'y a pas beaucoup de marque de vêtement de moto qui font que vous n'avez pas l'air de porter un vêtement de moto.
