Very good quality, very reliable company, great customer care

What can I say? I had such high hopes! And all my expectations have been met. Got the petrol blue grand voyager. Now I have my planner, reading journal, and my travel journal all cozy in one swanky package that really sets a vibe for me. I’m in the refractory bar at the Augustine Hotel in Prague at this very moment jotting all my important jottings. Set your self up with one. You’ll love it ❤️

The journal arrived much quicker than I expected! It’s beautifully crafted and has become an every day carry for me.

I ordered far too much paper - I would have loved some sort of guide on bulkiness but the paper itself is great quality.

The journal itself is versatile enough to accommodate notebooks from other sources which is a big win, too.

I Bought lots of Merchandise, and I have no regrets, the quality is so great, love the paper Selection. The Learher Bifold is my favorite especially the color Petrol Blue, it ages very well.

Although the wait is long for a bespoke l’Atelier, please know it was worth it. This was so incredibly perfect and feels like I can make it my own. The quality and customer service is like no other. My journal has come together in such a short amount of time and the team provide lovely updates and even a polaroid of the process. I can’t wait for the age of my journal to start showing.

Since you enter the page and browse the products you can feel great and welcome and also the customer team the times are great the personal treatment is amazing.

The quality of there products is top notch and shipping and everything was straightforward.

I placed an order on March 10th and, since then, I have not received any updates from the company. There has been no communication regarding shipping, delays, or order status.
I have tried reaching out multiple times via email, but unfortunately, I have not received a single response. This lack of customer service and communication is extremely disappointing.
At this point, I am concerned about whether I will receive the product at all. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company, as my experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional.

I spent several months hemming and hawing about making this purchase, the advertisements were so beautiful and I wanted to be more diligent about journaling but the price scared me off... I finally took the leap and purchased the Dybdahl Co. Journal Bundle and it was so worth it. The Grand Voyageur is simple, perfect, smells amazing, and brings me joy every time I use it. The paper quality of the Dybdahl books is fantastic. I live for a high g/m2 paper, it feels great to write on and there's no ghosting even with a Tombow marker.

The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is that while I can tell incredible care went into the creation of the products I can't say the same about the packaging. The book refills I received were slightly damaged, one had a bent spine and the bottom corner of the book refills were crimped in such a way that even putting them under a heavy book didn't flatten them out. This is not a deal-breaker for me, I can live with crimped pages and would still order book refills from Paper Republic in the future.

I did an easy order on paper republic, but I wanted to change the shipping method. I chatted with an agent named Hilma and it was the kindest experience I ever had with a customer helper. She accomplished very well my urgencies, with a very rapidity. I am glad that they have a customer care that actually works very good!

I have purchased quite a few products already from this website, including even a gift card for my dear friend because I love these products so much!💕💕 it's been a third month of using Paper Republic products already and I couldn't have been happier for making a decision to get to know this brand. I've purchased Grand Voyageur at size xl, fully used the notebook (80 g/m²) and now ordered and already using the refill (130 g/m²) and it is perfect for writing with markers, painting with water-based colours, using fountain pen (as the first notebook had a nice quality of paper, but paper was a bit too thin for all the writing tools and materials I'm using in my journal). Also, deeply love the marketing of this brand👌🏻🔥💋

My experience with Paper-Republic has been so joyful. I love how each person has shown their way of using the planner. This is my first time using this style of planner and for me, now, it's the perfect system. I'm using the weeks and notes and the drawing book in my xl planner. I also have the pocket planner with plain paper books for "in my purse" planner. Lots of room in both for notes or drawings. The leather is beyond beautiful, and already getting its own personality.
